> **Avantages**: It's very quick and easy to import data from Google Maps to auto fill business's information on our spreadsheet. Our staff uses this as a starting point to research different companies and providing a good sales pitch for out sales team.

> **Inconvénients**: Accuracy sometimes can be an issue. The scraper itself works as it should but it only can produce what is available on Google Maps. For the most part in Southern California it will be great and up to date, but some areas will have businesses that no longer exist. Rarely, but we do see some duplicates

> Overall it has saved our staff hundreds of hours of work manually sifting through Google Maps in new territories. Although the information isn't perfect, it's 95% accurate. I'm sure over time as the information on Google Maps is updated the better and more accurate results, this will be the best resource for new lead generation.
