> **Avantages**: What I liked most about PartsTech is the ability to quickly shop multiple vendors in one place. It makes price comparison fast and easy, helps find the best availability, and saves a lot of time during the estimating and parts-ordering process.

> **Inconvénients**: What I liked least about PartsTech is that the location availability can be misleading. It may show a part as available for delivery, but the inventory isn’t always at the closest warehouse, which can lead to confusion about actual delivery times and delays when ordering.
> 
> My overall experience with PartsTech has been positive. I use it daily alongside Tekmetric in our shop workflow, and the integration makes it easy to quote and order parts quickly. Being able to compare pricing and availability from multiple vendors in one place saves time and keeps the estimating process efficient.

> **Avantages**: Ease of comparing parts between parts stores.  Diagrams for a lot of suspension/steering systems help when different manufacturers call parts different names.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Some parts listed can be incorrect.  Parts cart cannot be ordered after a certain amount of time which can be a little frustrating if the order is large.  I have only used it with one RO writing system and the description of the part would sometime be vague and too in common with other parts making hard to put onto the correct repair line.  Could be just the RO writing system I was using as it had a ton of flaws.

> Best addition I have made to my repair shop.  Estimates are so much faster using PartsTech and always get the best price for my customers.
