### "Expérience très décevante abus clair de l'équipe Captain Data qui n'assume pas une licence lifetime vendue" — 1.0/5

> **Avantages**: Actuellement plus rien du tout, j'en ai été dégouté \!&#10;Fut un temps où je pensais qu'on allait pouvoir baser nos process de growth dessus, mais franchement j'aurais dû me méfier de leur éthique.

> **Inconvénients**: J'ai utilisé Captain Data pour automatiser les processus à grande échelle, mais j'ai vécu une mauvaise expérience. Ils ont soudainement discontinué le logiciel sans remboursement, malgré l'achat d'une licence à vie, ce que je trouve inacceptable. La configuration était compliquée et le logiciel difficile à gérer. Je ne le recommande pas.

> Je n'aime pas les termes de service client de Captain Data. Ils ont vendu une licence à vie pour un logiciel qu'ils ont décidé de discontinuer sans offrir de remboursement. On avait pris une licence avec un tiers supérieur, le maximum qu'ils proposaient, qui donnait cinq-cent-mille crédits par mois, ce qui était énorme pour notre équipe, et maintenant on n'a accès à plus rien, le compte a été fermé. C'est une démarche que je trouve très sale et vraiment peu professionnel, sachez que c'est comme ca que vous pouvez être traiter en travaillant avec eux. En plus, le logiciel est compliqué à configurer et n'est pas facile à gérer au départ. La courbe de compétences est longue, tout ce temps perdu c'est une catastrophe.

> **Avantages**: It works well, is mostly intuitive, and it can save SOOOOO much time.  For instance once you know what you want it to do in LinkedIn, SalesNav or otherwise, you can build a flow, or flows, that do it. Once you build it you never have to do manual work in LinkedIn ever again really. Saves hours of work each week for one person. Now times that by how many team members you have and you have saved multiple employees worth of time. You can then put your employees on tasks that are not mindless in nature.&#10;&#10;The Magic Link is incredible btw. You can run multiple team members, or clients, accounts from one workspace without sharing log in details. Once I figured it out-takes like 10 min-it was a game changer.

I have only run into two issues and in both cases I was able to resolve them in 10-20 minutes by looking up the integration in the docs and following the instructions.  Both issues were user error by the way. &#10;&#10;If I need a con I would say I would love more videos. But they are building out an academy and the docs explain how to do everything.

> My experience has been very good. I have been trying to scale my lead gen efforts and in the last 2 weeks have scaled it rapidly. Instead of going to LinkedIn profile after profile to scrape them one at a time, or paying  a VA to do it, I am now just spending 3 minutes setting up a flow and then in most cases getting the data 5-20 minutes later.  Automation is the present and the future and I feel like CaptainData is at the edge of no code automation. &#10;&#10;If you think that doing everything in LinkedIn manually is "better" then you are deluding yourself. Cut/Paste is usually a waste of your resources when you can automate so much of your data collection to a tool as good and reliable as Captain Data.

> **Avantages**: I have been using Captain Data for my Digital Agency for quite some time now and genuinely appreciate the product's capabilities. The power of automation it provides has been instrumental in our Lead Generation services. Therefore, it's with disappointment that I write this review.

> **Inconvénients**: I currently hold an Appsumo Tier3 lifetime plan, which, while it offers a significant 100,000 tasks per month, does not grant me access to the newer features such as the 'LinkedIn Rotation'. When I contacted Captain Data's support for assistance, I was told to 'upgrade' to a different plan which unfortunately feels more like a 'downgrade'.

> The principle that lifetime plan customers like myself are excluded from new feature updates is disappointing. Especially considering we have invested in the platform's potential for a significant length of time. It feels as though I'm being penalized for making a long-term commitment to the product.In essence, while I have been very satisfied with the capabilities of Captain Data, the restrictive policies on new features have tarnished my overall experience. I'm writing this review with the hope that Captain Data can reconsider this approach and find a more equitable solution for their lifetime customers, thereby truly valuing our long-term commitment.For now, as much as it pains me, I can only give Captain Data two stars. I hope in the future I can improve this score once these concerns are adequately addressed.

> **Avantages**: - API \&amp; Integrations - I automate everything. And it's awesome that CaptainData has so many integrations to do everything. And when you don't have them, just use their webhook and API system- Pretty much every scraper you we'll need, CaptainData has it. Their website scraper is awesome too.- Email cascade is pretty awesome

> **Inconvénients**: When you have a workflow with more than 3 steps, you can't collect data for them all. You will only have the data from the last step. And we should be able to have it all joined in the last step.
