> **Avantages**: The Spendflo team is very knowledgeable about where and when to push on negotiations, and when a quote is the best we will get. They are also very good at managing the renewal/new product from beginning to end with minimal involvement or oversight from the contract owner, saving time and costs for the business. In one of my more recent renewals, they realized ~25%-30% reduction in the unit cost, saving the business significant costs. They are also proactive in negotiation extensions with the supplier if a renewal is looking like it will take longer.

> **Inconvénients**: The Spendflo platform isn't the most intuitive to use and requires upfront training to effectively use and gain the insights you need from an overall company perspective.
> 
> The team is really great to work with and really on top of everything, moving requests along the workflow timely and following up with the business to ensure deadlines are met.
