I like that it notifies us of every milestone event that occurs in an appointment. That makes it much easier to track appointments in a sea of schedules. > > **Inconvénients**: The user interface is a bit janky. Once an appointment detail is updated, the page completely refreshes randomly, and it is impossible to find where you had last made an update. Also, it only allows updates to appointments 2 at a time. Then, you'll have to refresh the page to update again. > > Opendock has significantly improved our visibility of inbound and outbound loads and helped in much better resource and manpower planning at our warehouses. While most of it's features are great, there is room for improvement which can make it an even better product. You have to upload everything at once and then you can't upload more without deleting what is there and reuploading everything.
