> **Inconvénients**: Moving back and forth between sections can be tedious - it's not possible to leave one section open to compare something against another section without the first one closing.

> Not having used a similar product before, it took a while to learn the nuances. Accessing the 'help' videos and notes has been extremely valuable and when issues arose that couldn't be resolved easily the support staff has been very accommodating and timely.

> Overall good experience.  Most of the features are simple and easy to understand and use.  Easy to set up project documentation using SpecLink.

> Mostly positive when using the product, however, there are a few too many glitches and time when the software slows down or won't print.  Getting intelligent, meaningful help is impossible.
