Monday.com has been one of the easiest project management tools I have ever used, it has great UX and UI.
Hard to prioritise jobs. Hard to get a sense of everything not done for one contact.

Commentaires : De façon générale, Monday CRM est un outil de marketing automation adapté au suivi de la gestion de projet et au suivi après-vente. Je le recommande vivement aux TPE et PME.
Avantages :
Monday vous offre un CRM personnalisable, simple d'utilisation autant pour les novices que pour les commerciaux. J'apprécie énormément la flexibilité de l'outil et sa capacité à faciliter le suivi des tâches. Cela m'a permis non seulement d'adapter ses fonctionnalités aux besoins de mes clients, mais aussi de garder un œil sur les différents processus au sein de leur entreprise.
Inconvénients :
Je pense que Monday pourrait davantage optimiser l'expérience d'utilisateur. Même si le logiciel est facile à prendre en main, sa configuration n'est pas des plus simples.
Une interface exemplaire
Avantages :
C'est hyper agréable de travailler sur cette solution : l'ergonomie est bien pensée, l'interface est très belle : ce qui en résulte une prise en main simplifiée pour tous, même ceux qui ne sont pas habitué des CRM
Inconvénients :
L'offre basic est trop limitée, ce qui oblige tout de suite à prendre un forfait plus cher et c'est là que le bas blesse : si plus de 4-5 personnes doivent utiliser le CRM on se retrouve très vite avec un cout non négligeable... On aurait aimé un effort sur le prix pour conserver cette solution

Je le recommande vivement aux autres . Et également des fonctionnalités incroyables . J'apprécie énormément
Inconvénients :
Monday Sales CRM , un logiciel que j'apprécie beaucoup et ce que j'utilise aujourd'hui pour la prospection . Mais ça manque un d'efficacité du service d'assistance . J'espère qu'il vont régler ce problème vite pour le meilleur de ce logiciel .

I really like the task assignment function, it was also very useful to be able to organize and distribute pending tasks within my team.

Well, the truth is, I would have liked to have the ability to generate customizable reports and obtain more detailed statistics about my sales and activities.

Commentaires : This platform has allowed me to grow my business processes through one main "hub" platform and has made it so easy for me to onboard new members and get them acclimated to the work flow immediately.
Avantages :
The flexibility of boards to be created with different purposes such as client management, lead generation, financial analysis, project management, team management, file storage and so much more. I've really leaned to Monday to become my all-in-one hub for my business processes.
Inconvénients :
There are definitely growing pains to creating the perfect software that fits your needs but trial and error is just part of the process. I'm planning and creating uses for Monday I never thought of 6 months ago which I've only been able to think of because of my experience gained from daily use of the software.

Since I've start using the Monday's CRM a few month ago my overall experience was very disappointing and frustrating. Since the email tracking doesn't work constantly it's not reliable, and makes me do a lot of manual work instead. E

Would recommend to manage everything
Commentaires : We got more efficient because we can manage priorities and tasks more easily. Sections for leads helped our team see who had to contact clients. We also used it to work on social media content together.
Avantages :
Really liked the task management and the lead management. Super efficient with my team, easy to use and easy to implement. Liked the lead funnel to manage my prospection.
Inconvénients :
The fact that time tracking is in a pricier version. I would like to see an access to clients for certain boards i want to show them.

Commentaires : This is my second company using Monday.com and the first time utilizing the CRM. The automations are great!
Avantages :
The interface is simple and easy to use while being pleasant to interact with.
Inconvénients :
The system has crashed a few times due to technical errors and we do really rely on Monday.com so that hasn't been ideal. It is typically resolved quite quickly.
Monday is great for Real Estate CRM
Commentaires : I love it! Has kept me organized and on top of all of my work as a commercial real estate agent.
Avantages :
Keeps track of all my contacts and most of my interactions with clients, also great for managing projects and workflows.
Inconvénients :
Communication integaration has been a slight issue with Outlook, there are ways to get around it though and make it work. Also have had some issue with tracking activities and losing some meeting notes which can sometimes be unreliable.

Commentaires : Customer service was solid and the product is intuitive, useful and very affordable.
Avantages :
Monday Sales CRM is customizable, so that the user can create automated workflow that is adaptable to their needs and it can grow and change as the user's company's needs change. It was also among the least expensive/best value CRMs that I looked at.
Inconvénients :
The customizable features are a double edged sword, because while they are great, there is quite a bit of time and program knowledge that needs to be acquired in order to properly implement it.
You cannot go wrong with this product!
Commentaires : I would highly recommend this product to start-ups or small company building their client base. The dashboards are completely customizable. You can create teams to manage clients and work within the system to communicate as well as assign tasks/follow-ups. The email feature is also a HUGE time saver and you can set reminders for yourself to ensure you stay on track. The reporting is also very easy to set up and share with your teams or clients. I have used other CRM'sin the past and this one is by FAR the easiest to set up and manage as a small business.
Avantages :
Getting started with Monday is easy and if you ever get stuck, you can rely on the Monday support staff to help you set up your dashboard to meet your company's needs best. I have used Monday for over 3 years and keep finding new gems to help me manage my small business. Having the ability to connect my clients directly to their reports and setting up automated emails to manage customer relations is HUGE and a big time saver!
Inconvénients :
I had to think about this and honestly cannot think of anything this product is missing. At one point I was having a problem retrieving some client tasks I accidentally deleted but once I contacted customer support they helped me find where I needed to go to reinstate the files. When deleting you are asked if you are SURE you want to delete and another allows you to undo it while it is deleting. Luckily, there is another option to locate deleted records IF you miss both of these options. LOL! Support had to help me find it but it was there!
Best one to have for a business analyst
Avantages :
Ease of use. Quick resolution from support team. Loads of features.
Inconvénients :
Pricing is on the higher side. Duplicate data are a concern.

Avantages :
I am NOT a tech guru. I can do everything on my own with ease and I created many boards with impressive functionality that myself and my team use everyday. We all love it!
Inconvénients :
The importing and organizing of information into Monday.com was easy to do, but took a lot of time to organize everything. BUT it was so worth it because everything is so organized and works very well now!

Commentaires : Love the interface and the user-friendly board. We can basically create any type of board we need to fit our vision of expansion inside our company.

The easy setup and creation of different boards for our pipeline and future lead management. Easy to use and to track. Very user friendly even for our team that is not so user friendly with this type of software
Inconvénients :
Terms are sometimes difficult to understand, like sort... not sure what it does until we play around with it and realize that we can alphabetically sort our lead board... email integration is difficult with chrome. That is why we don't use it yet.

I like it because from the first moment I started using it I was able to navigate through all the features without any problems and find what I needed quickly.

The truth is that I find it a little uncomfortable that sometimes the page loading can be slow, especially when I have a lot of data and records.

Well, I have experienced some failures or delays in the synchronization of emails or the import of contacts, although it is not a serious problem.

Amazing OS + amazing company
Commentaires : I genuinely love it and I am excited to see how I will continue to grow and expand my boards and automations once I have a team. I also just love Monday as a company, I follow the Instagram page and it's great to see such fresh and different content/ads/campaigns. Also love how much you have done for the Ukraine crisis. The other thing is the customer service is incredible, I could not believe it when the person emailed me back with a personal Loom video to explain my issue and try to resolve it. They are amazing and don't make me feel stupid/bad about what I'm asking. They all need a raise :)
Avantages :
I love how it keeps my business organised, structured and efficient. As soon as I got on top of my Monday boards and automations/integrations, I started feeling in control and more confident at how my business was running. The thing I like most is just how it acts like my personal assistant. With certain automations set up, I don't even have to think about following up with clients, the software does it for me. I also love the dashboards that give me a quick overview and glimpse into all other boards without having to go into each of them individually.
Inconvénients :
It would have to be the mobile and iPad apps. They don't work great, they are a bit clunky, the dashboards pages and workdocs do not load. This is quite frustrating when I'm wanting to check something and I've only got my phone on me. I have gotten used to using my laptop only or going onto safari on my iPad if I need to access it. However it would be really great if the apps themselves could work better.
A bit of patience and focus Monday.com will transform your work life!

Wanted a more efficient way to manage internal processes and the ability to refine and document best practices. Tear off the lid on the most successful contributors/managers across the organization and what they DO in order to be better as an organization.

Hard to know what people were working on so had to send emails to get updates - now NO time spent reading, writing, or dealing with internal emails Know where everything stands - no redundancy Customizable CRM automation and integrations Following up leads easily and not having to get things buried in the box Onboarding clients is faster Management time saved Everyone at the company is united and on the same page
Inconvénients :
I am not a fan of the sidebar to include minor or tasks as it feels a bit clunky. The learning curve, for me, was a bit long. Not that it's hard to use but it's that there are SO SO many things this software does to make your life easier and more efficient we are STILL uncovering new and better ways of doing things.
