> **Avantages**: I have been very pleased with our integration of MEEZ into our workflow.  Our class is built entirely around a model of entreprenuership and having software like MEEZ has facilitated collaboration and dish development.  Also having nutrition built in made our NASA HUNCH menu development much easier.  I hope to fully build out our food costing database to make that as easy as it should have been all along.

> **Inconvénients**: It’s sometimes buggy but it’s nothing major.

> We were trying to get our COGS under control the most challenging part was quickly figuring out the cost of a recipe. Meez is awesome because you add the price of an ingredient and then that price is added to any recipe. If I need to make an adjustment to a recipe, it automatically adjusts the cost. I also like that I can easily toggle the price to see what the COGS would be. Lastly, we use Meez while cooking in the kitchen to easily scale recipes without any math. That’s a real lifesaver. Overall it’s made my recipe management and costing so much easier and for an affordable price.
