> **Avantages**: The app is great. They have something called “Missions” where you can earn their proprietary Cronos, that can be converted to coins within the same network though.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: The cards they offer make you have to stake cronos, a lot of it, and for like a year. Only one card doesn’t require any staking but also has no benefits. 
The missions are always the same and that kind of sucks because that could be a good incentive for people to log on more often. 
You have to actually make sure you’ve clicked on the missions tab to get anything out of them. For instance I completed the trade requirements a few times but forgot to activate the mission and didn’t get the diamond.

Ive not to buy the coin it varies they say its a standard .8% fixed fee on most but the math never adds ups. Im seeing more 24% and up fees

> It went sour really quick ill moving to kraken after my last transaction. 
They stated they charged me .8% fixed fee for saling my crypto. The math adds up to 24.6% fee and upon showimg them the recent transactions of random amounts that have charged do not match the fee and limits information under the setting menu they turned the chat off up demanding them tho make it right.

> **Avantages**: The education. This is about it and it's very very basic.  You can get a better more comprehensive education on Crypto on YouTube and independent research if you are new to the Crypto World.

> **Inconvénients**: Customer Service and Crypto.com finding ways to steal your Crypto and Money.

> The worst Crypto Platform ever.  Initially, I opened an account with them in the amount of $100.  Everything was okay for a couple of weeks. Then I attempted to buy more Crypto and,  received a message from them stating that I'm not allowed to do so.  So, I attempted to move my Crypto to my Cold Wallet.  Same scenerio.  I was not allowed to do that either.  I contacted their customer service about the issue and was treated very rudely.  Customer Service told me that the only thing I was allowed to do was to Sell my Crypto.  By that time, the Crypto Market dropped.  So, I sold my Crypto at a loss.  I then moved my remaining money to my Cash Account and attempted to transfer the money back into my bank account.  I received a message saying that I couldn't do that either because it was below their $100 minimum.  Then they wanted me to deposit more money with them in order to get my money back in my Cash account.
