> **Avantages**: I really find the office Allie service center excellent in the areas of letting me know which claims have failed to be submitted.

> **Inconvénients**: The thing that I like least about the service center is that if a claim has failed and they provide the information on what needs to be corrected sometimes it's confusing to figure out what you do need to do to fix the claim
> 
> My overall experience is good. I just wish that if a claim was denied, it was more clear about the steps that you needed to take to successfully submitted.

> **Inconvénients**: Boxes on CMS form are very tiny, even when I use the updated service center interface. Can be slow to load when I click "use client info" to fill out insured's information.
> 
> Grateful for a free service to submit claims reliably to multiple insurances. I can store all my client info in one place that is secure. I haven't had any concerns, and I appreciate that I can still use the classic interface, which I prefer.
