> **Avantages**: I use Macabacus's formatting tools so frequently that I consider them part of Excel itself. When I have to use someone else's laptop, models take twice as long to build and three times as long to format for presentation.

> **Inconvénients**: The only small quibble I have is that my some of the formatting tools only apply formatting to the active sheet. For example, if I'm updating borders on dozens of identical sheets, I have to remember to apply them the old Ctrl-1-and-mouse way.

> **Avantages**: PPT features are great. XLS shortcuts are good but limited and not many new ones added in the past 3 years.

> **Inconvénients**: I don't like the few options it has on the formula creation for XLS. There is still no formula to increase column width (without having to include an exact parameter) and the support team is not helpful to drive those changes fastly. I think that Macabacus is lagging behind some peers in terms of XLS shortcuts usage.

> **Inconvénients**: You do run into a lot of bugs here or there. For example (not cumulatively exhaustive):- When you refresh excel outputs in ppt, you've often get gridlines and have to re-export- Footnotes feature would be great, but it's unusable because the font size is so small that you can't see it (no way to change)
> 
> Overall I really like the product and think it is a necessity to perform my job efficicently.
