> Was able to virtually wait in line rather than waste time sitting and waiting. You can sign in and than also add more time if you will not make the estimated time for your slot.

> **Avantages**: QLess is simple to use as far as the interface. It was easy to train many people to utilize the system. The reporting is easy to use, as well, and provides good student insight.

> **Inconvénients**: It is difficult to make changes to the queues without involving their customer service teams. They aren't the quickest to get back to issues that are often time consuming.
> 
> For the cost of the software vs. the benefits, it's definitely worth it, but you need to be patient, and have someone to be the system administrator to save time and energy.
