Avantages :
Reliable product, prompt and informative customer service, affordable price. You won,t find a better PMS system for such an outstanding cost in our industry! From the easy navigation menu to the custom reporting functionality, WebRezPro has covered all of the must-haves and even some extra wish-list items for our small hotels. We wouldnt ever consider leaving WRP for any other PMS software!

Commentaires : It has been great since we began using it in 2009.
Avantages :
It's in the cloud and you can work remotely, if need be, and is user friendly once user is familiar. Additionally, WRP support is very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Inconvénients :
In a perfect world it would have sales and catering features to create contracts, BEO's etc. to compliment the group and events side. We are in process of integrating WRP with another sales and catering program.
Counterintuitive
Commentaires : It has been challenging, but it is working.
Avantages :
That it integrates with other systems. Any integration that allows us to use a different system is helpful.
Inconvénients :
We find it extremely opaque and counterintuitive. It takes us repeated attempts to remember/learn how to do some of the simplest tasks. I hate to be so critical, but it feels shockingly difficult to use, especially since it’s clearly just a series of binary conditions. It just does not feel as robust as a modern system should feel, in our opinion.

Great product for small operators.
Commentaires : Compared to other systems I have worked on, this is easy to use for small hotel operators. It is sophisticated enough to provide the analytics we require, but not so overwhelming that it takes weeks of training to master.
Avantages :
It is an easy to use system that can be mastered by even the most inexperienced staff. Training modules are easy to follow and support is very easy to get hold of when needed.
Inconvénients :
When entering several group folios for the same client, it would be good to have a copy feature that copies all of the data in the folio but allows you to change the dates of stay. Having to create rates for every group folio is cumbersome as you are entering the same information over and over.

Chains or Independent Properties WebRez is the perfect choice
Commentaires : Mostly positive.. It is quite easy to use, but there has to be other quick functions like checking in all guests from a group at one time, or checking them all out at one time. running all credit card transactions for check in at one time, or pre-authing all credit cards at one time on a busy weekend things like this to make the process go quicker. After 2 years on Webrez, there is still a lot of things I need to learn.
Avantages :
I love that if I have a questions I can reach out to support and I get a response back within 30 minutes.. I love how easy it is to move rooms around in the interactive calendar.
Inconvénients :
For groups, if you miss one thing it will not hold the rooms, or you get errors.. and the block does not hold the rooms. As the GM I can not override things unless I unlock them for all to override.

Phenomenal customer service!
Commentaires : Great! Any issues are always solved quickly and the system has been very reliable. I use it all day almost everyday, especially in the summer and an outage would wreck my business so I appreciate their website always being accessible. Hopefully an app or more mobile friendly website becomes available soon.
Avantages :
The customer service! I love the ability to email a question at anytime and get a response in the same day. I also like that WebRezPro is pretty good at continuously adding new helpful features. Also, the payment integration with authorize.net has been a game changer!
Inconvénients :
It's not mobile friendly. I prefer the interactive calendar and it's not an option on an iPad or iPhone. I would also like an easier way to switch people around from room to room.

Easy to navigate platform with integrated accounting software
Avantages :
Very user friendly with a multitude of different booking options, fully customizable to each business type.
Inconvénients :
There needs to be more consistency between different accounting sections of Webrez. One example: Invoices created under an owners profile from owner list don't show when pulling the owner from a search (accounting --> customer search) and vice versa. Actions within an owners profile, under owners list, often generate an error. This has been occurring for several years.

Ease of use.it is very intuitive and clear.
Inconvénients :
No online availability calendar for website (is there this feature???) Also when making a reservation, the address information under guest info does not automatocally copy down under payment info so you have to enter it twice. :(

Avantages :
The convenience since the update, Helps our users book rooms easier.
Inconvénients :
I can no longer get full sized screens of the reservations when opening them.

Good property software for a seasonal business.
Commentaires : Very good so far in our 3rd year using this software. The employees are still happy.
Avantages :
Offers an offseason discount on the subscription and the customer service is outstanding. Native English speakers (Canadians) that are very easy to understand.
Inconvénients :
There are things that other programs have but this surprisingly still does not have. They take suggestions on improvements and some customer service employees comment that it is a really good idea but, the changes are slow or do not happen often enough.

Avantages :
It's easy to make reservations and super easy to process payments. The instant updates the channel manager makes to booking.com and expedia are amazing
Inconvénients :
It would be great if they could add the ability to have a reservation move rooms without having to create a separate reservation for it
Good product for small hotel
Avantages :
We set up WebRezPro several years ago and the one on one help was amazing. Customer service has always been prompt when replying to my questions with detailed steps to fix the issue.
Inconvénients :
Because we are a small luxury hotel, we don't change the rates often but when we do, it always takes a little research to remember the steps to get to the right place in the system to make the changes. The same goes for overriding rates for special days or adding multiple invoices to a group folio.
Simple, functional, but could use some fixes
Commentaires : Positive overall. Some bugs could use some fixing, and possibly streamlining the processes.

The simplicity of the program that works for our needs.

We configure changes ourselves using instructional videos, support would not do this for us.

Outstandning Partner
Avantages :
We have been a customer of WebRezPro since 2011 and the top benefit we have received is the responsiveness to making changes that are needed for our unique multi-property set up. [sensitive content hidden] and the team have always been supportive when asked for building out new functions and continue to evolve their product to keep it relevant.
Inconvénients :
The rate management function can be cumbersome however, the there are plenty of interfaces with rate and revenue management software providers that give us the efficiency we need.

Robust and Affordable
Commentaires : WebRezPro handles all of the high and critical tasks that I could reasonably expect from a PMS / Online Booking system. When COVID hit and everything changed overnight, I was SO GRATEFUL that I could radically change my rate / booking policy combinations (sometimes daily), what rates were active, what just went dead, who was failing or coping, and keeping track of what guests booked from what channel with what policy, etc. I can through relatively unscathed, and I COULD NOT have done it without a solid system to back me up. They are a reliable partner.
Avantages :
I've been with WRP for 7 years now and they definitely change with the times. You're not going to be waiting on that update forever with these folks, and sometimes another company might be first, but they won't be very far behind, if not the leader. I do a lot of variable pricing, use any channel I can get my hands on that is bidirectional AND treats my guests well when there's a problem (looking at you, VRBO) , have multiple upsell services and items, and like to send specific correspondence based on the type of reservation rather than the general list of conditions that leaves everyone wondering. Has a great housekeeping module and the accounting side is easy. Their pricing is fair, simple, and very competitive. You can pay a lot more for the same or less.
Inconvénients :
This is both a pro and a con. They have a switch for almost everything so no matter how you run your business, they can tailor WRP to your environment. That said, they have a lot of switches, so be careful with your initial config. The booking engine could be just a little more slick, like having a dynamic total for the current reservation and options selected. I believe they are working on this, and while some of their competition has this, the competition often lacks more important features to drive revenue. (I've looked at a lot of PMS software.)
User Friendly Software with Lots of Adaptability
Commentaires : WebRezPro is possibly the BEST customer service I have ever worked with! If you call them, someone answers the phone. If you leave a message, someone calls you back usually within minutes. They are the most responsive people I have had the pleasure of working with and I have worked with a lot of different companies in my career. I would put WebRezPro in the top 2, if not the #1 customer service people in the business!
Avantages :
The software is very user friendly and easy to teach staff to use. It also is very adaptable to different needs. We are a fairly complicated Resort and had trouble finding software that would do everything we needed it to do until we came across WebRezPro. It takes care of our Company owned Resort rentals, it takes care of our Owner rentals that we manage, it connects to all our OTA's, it manages all our payouts, it takes care of our boat rentals, our in-store sales and even takes care of our small timeshare residents. The owner calendars are a wonderful tool for reports to owners and the software does everything we could possibly need.
Inconvénients :
The booking engine page needs an upgrade. The booking engine works fine, there are no problems with that, it just looks dated when guests are transferred from our beautiful website to the booking page. An aesthetic upgrade on this page would the only negative things I have to say about this software. I am told they are working on that and we have been able to tweak it a bit from our end to make it look more up to date and the functionality of the booking page works just fine. So, I am just discussing the way the page LOOKS to a guest, I am not speaking of how it functions for the guest as it functions just fine.

Commentaires : It’s a really great system I don’t have any complaints. When I started with Webrez I was much smaller than I am now and I found the cost a little challenging. I would recommend finding a way to lower the start up costs for businesses that are smaller than 25 units
Avantages :
It’s robust and they are always trying to make it better. The customer service is great so is the technical support.
Inconvénients :
It would be really nice to have integrated inventory management for rentals Like canoes and bicycles. It would be great if that system was both part of the online Reservation system but also had a separate online booking engine for people who weren’t staying with us and just wanted to rent equipment. It would also be awesome to integrate the weaver into the system
Easy to use Software
Avantages :
Its easy to set up. There is Interface with the CHannel Manager to get an overall snapshot of the room calender. It is also Easy to Check In and Check out guests.
Inconvénients :
If all rooms are occupied, for me to swap rooms, I will need to do a temporary change of stay date to free up one room, for the move. This creates an extra step. I hope the Development team will provide a 'temporary' unallocated room status for the clerk to temporarily place a room.I also need to Add Credit Card as a Payment type, without having to know the 16 digits to key in. THis is because the guests gives us the physical card to charge. Once we return the physical card back, the print out does not show the full 16 digits. Although we have used Credit Card, we are unable to fill the digits in the system.
WebRezPro has been our choice!

Avantages :
We have been using WebRezPro for many, many years and don't consider changing our online booking engine. We would have been one of their first clients and have always offered great customer service and support. It is intuitive and quite easy to use.
Inconvénients :
It's always a learning curve when they make major changes to their software but they are always there to support you.
By far the "best" Reservation System
Commentaires : Our experience has been wonderful! Customers service from our main rep, has been amazing and service from the technical support is always great. We really enjoy knowing that when we have a problem, question, or need to make changes that our service team is so easy to work with and will help in any way.
Avantages :
Webrezpro handles everything our boutique inn and RV park needs to run an efficient business. Reservations flow through our website via the reservation system module that is connected to our account and customers can easily book, make changes, etc. The system is moderately easy to use and the customer service team is amazing to help when you need it.
Inconvénients :
The booking options page needs to be enhanced. The customer should be able to see a picture(s) and see corresponding words of the additional booking option to entice the customer to add the booking option to the reservation. Example: Customer books a room for a birthday weekend stay, Webrezpro needs to present the booking option with a nice size picture of the item that the hotel wants the customer to add-on. It is very difficult for us to sell an add-on with words only. People need to see what they are getting with the add-on, then read the words.
WebRez Pro Review
Commentaires : We are very happy with the level of support & attention to our account that WebRezPro provides. It is comforting to know that they are so quick to respond to the challenges we encounter.
Avantages :
Being an independent property, I find that the software offered a number of tools that I had found with branded properties I have used before. It is super easy to onboard new employees and get them using the software efficiently.
Inconvénients :
Our challenge with WebRezPro is in the group tools. We find it very cumbersome to have so many different places to enter the same data (cxl policy, guarantee policy, market, source) when it could just be on one screen and carried thru. Also having to create an allocation for each date range is a lot of work when other systems just use a grid of room types and dates with block/ pickup/ allocation/ rate. It would also be helpful if the allocation screen showed more than the 1st 14 days. We realize our property is likely a lot heavier on the group block usage than other properties may be, but since the majority of our time is spent managing groups, it would save us a lot of time if this section was improved.

I would like an easier way to set up group bookings or be able to have more than one unit per home type, and customize emails when sending from within a booking, but can work around these things.
