> Siteminder is a good platform until you have an issue. We have a current issue that originally occurred in July 2024 and was rectified. The issue appeared again in November 2024 and after the initial report to Siteminder in December we are still waiting after 2-1/2 months for a solution to a simple coding problem. We need to utilise our staff to manually do what the program should do automatically costing us time and money however Siteminder are still charging full invoice rate.
