HiringThing has worked great for me. It probably does not meet the needs for a larger company due to its lack of a search interface (or a usable one I should say). But if you are simply looking for a resume repository and to provide candidates a great, simple experience when they apply to jobs, this is a great solution\! Their customer service is on point as well. I have spoken with their support team and seen code changes implemented within 24 hours.
