Using Greater Giving this year centralized everything and the system was so much more dynamic. One of the things I liked most was the incredible variety of reports you could generate before the event, for the event and afterwards. I am used to being able to default to charging for credit card processing fees (giving the user the option to easily opt out). Greater Giving only allows you to let the user Opt In. Have seen far less participation as a result. I wish it was different but not a huge issue. > > As a newbie, I was paired with a wonderful consultant that walked me through setting my event up. System is very intuitive but appreciated the best practices intro. Also I have used customer service a number of times and they are easy to access, always helpful and can quickly answer my questions.
