> **Avantages**: I've used so many different electronic calendars and Acuity is by far one of the best. The weekly schedule viewer simply cannot be compared to other platforms. It is also great to be able to have private notes that can be shared across the team on each booking.

> **Inconvénients**: It is pricey compared to other platforms, but dare I say it's worth it. Also, since Acuity was acquired recently, it makes you re-log into your account like every half hour and it is VERY annoying. This alone has decreased my satisfaction with Acuity significantly.

> **Avantages**: Acuity Scheduling integrated well into the process and tools we were using.  Combined with low-code/no-code platforms, Acuity was flexible enough to support a multi-user environment, requiring minimal administrative functions.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Integration and Configuration did take longer than we had expected, but once the processes were fully mapped and we understood the interactions between Acuity, Retool, Outlook and our Postgresql backend, it became very easy to manage.  The only real issue that we ran into is the inability for an Admin to manage the actual configurations for the end-users.  Acuity requires that the end user participate in the connection between Outlook and Acuity.  It's not a horribly difficult process, but would have been much more streamline had the Acuity Admin been able to execute the entire process on his own.

> Acuity filled the scheduling gap where we needed it.  As we grew the business, it provided us with quick wins in standing up a new business model that required dynamic scheduling across multiple platforms including M365, Postgresql and Retool.  It provided a high level of visibility into daily schedules.

> **Inconvénients**: The interface feels dated compared to newer competitors. Customizing the booking page beyond the basics requires more effort than it should. And if you have a more complex multi-staff setup, the logic around calendar management can get confusing quickly.

> **Avantages**: Easy booking for clients, but the downside is that since clients don't have to create a log in, they will end up booking under multiple accounts using their different emails.

> **Inconvénients**: YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. NO PHONE SUPPORT. Not ideal for larger companies who want to do subscription memberships, it's very limiting and messy. They only do POS with Square or Stripe which have super high CC processing fees.

> I feel like its ok for a small 1-3 person company. It would be a waste of money for larger ones. Memberships were a headache. Learning it on your own is not fun.

> **Inconvénients**: For a solopreneur, its a relatively high monthly fee compared to some other offerings, but they don't have the same level of functionality, so it evens out.  Also for some inexplicable reason, it keeps disconnecting from my zoom - which is frustrating.

> Overall, I have been very happy with Acuity, it has been a really helpful app in growing my coaching business.
