> **Avantages**: While the software is easy to use, feature, and includes an easy to use email component, probably the best thing about 360Alumni is the customer service. Very responsive\! \[sensitive content hidden\] is fantastic in that she gets back to me with either, "This is how you can do it," or "let me check on that." When i compared products originally, I found that the price was better and now we are customers for life because of the people\!

> **Inconvénients**: I don't think there are great API opportunities, yet. Also, not super mobile friendly, however that is on the roadmap for future upgrades.

> 360Alumni has been terrific. I love that they have a platform sandbox before you sign so you can test drive the environment\! I think that was what got us over the hump to sign. The onboarding is fantastic and the continuing support means we get to stay for the long hall.
