I haven't found any disadvantages for this software. I've been using it for almost a year without any problem.

Life savior!

Commentaires : Absolutely love it. It helps me and my collogues to easy our workflow and communication.

Avantages :

It really helps to save time and effort in your workflow. Flexibility, you can build your own board with features that you need.

Inconvénients :

Actually I can't really say what I like the least, because I didn't find it yet.

Early days of managing my personal "me do" backlog while I take a career break

Avantages :

For my current use, it had basic features available for free. The application was seamlessly accessible via browser and the mobile app. Must-have features worked with no issue at all.

Inconvénients :

For now, nothing comes to mind as I've been using the free version. I hope to access additional features in the coming weeks so that I have a better 'story' to tell about my completed stories and I can share my board with my partner.

Commentaires : Overall it was very efficient to track the tasks and accomplishments on quaterly basis

The customizability is my favorite part. Especially all the background design choices. I picked a colorful picture of succulents and made all my task colors match the plants. I enjoy looking at the board and that's nice since I look at it all day

Inconvénients :

I would love to be able sort by my chosen criteria and have it always sort by that but they chose to go with the traditional way a Kanban board works. I can respect that. I can still sort them by my preferred criteria so I don't mind

Commentaires : I've found the Kanban Tool effective for organizing our business and also my personal processes. It allows team to work on multiple boards with proper access protections. The single sign-on ensures easy authentication and login. Full control over columns, card types, and templates makes each board uniquely suited to its needs. The optional Power-Ups add useful capabilities with complete control for each board.

Avantages :

Using a Kanban Tool board greatly increases our project execution productivity and streamlines our team. This visual, easy-to-use tool is effective for managing projects and tasks, and users adapt quickly. However, having used other tools, I'm not particularly impressed with this one despite its affordability. We are still testing the product and will consider if we will use it in future.

Inconvénients :

the best tool for organization

Commentaires : This year I was looking for a tool to organize all my courses, and I found this one. I really love this tool because it's very useful. I noticed that I improved considerably in organization, and I believe I can say that I obtained better grades by putting absolutely everything I had to do on it. It's a great tool for students.

Avantages :

I love the simplicity of the platform. It's very useful if you don't want to spend time figuring out how to use every tool. I really appreciate it, and I also find the aesthetics very comfortable. I organize my university courses with it, and it's very useful to put all my tasks with dates so I don't forget them.

Inconvénients :

There aren't many tools to change the color of the tables and the background.

Kanban for Construction

Commentaires : Excellent use for a visual aid to assist with knowing where each job is at in the process.

Avantages :

The Kanban Board helps us to visualize all of our upcoming construction projects and helps give us a snapshot on what job it is, where it is, what notes we have on the job, what the anticipated start date is, etc. This has been a very valuable tool!

Inconvénients :

Nothing so far, I enjoy how easy it is to use and to train others.

Commentaires : My overall experience is wonderful as I use it every day. I just like the way the tool looks as well. I use it on a tab in my work software.

Avantages :

I have the free version and that within itself is great. Right now, we only have two people and this version come with 2 people.

Inconvénients :

The product is doing what we need it to do for two people, therefore, there is nothing for me not to like.

Excellent Light-to-Medium Weight Tool

Commentaires : I love this tool. It's exactly what I need, and customization is a breeze. If you're new to task boards and/or have a smaller, simpler team or workflows, start with this before you dive into the deep end with Atlassian or other products, especially if your focus is more on "seeing the big picture" than keeping a detailed log of work across a large number of team members

Avantages :

It does everything I need from a Kanban Board out of the box, does so intuitively, and does not get bogged down in optimizations/extra features. However, if you want them, they're easy to implement.

Inconvénients :

It feels more like it was designed and documented by engineers rather than sales staff, and its no-frills design is a big selling point for me, but others may disagree. It's "simple out of the box, opt-in to additional features" also means a little more upfront configuration, but I still think it's good design. A few minor nice-to-have features (colored tags, saving multiple filtered views) might be missing or paywalled, but I haven't explored all the possibilities in their documentation yet.

Simple and Effective

Avantages :

The software is easy to use and intuitive. I was able to easily set up a project board for myself and my team to manage several ongoing projects, include the dependencies, and have a quick visual available for team meetings. The software does not feel like it creates additional work just to track work, which is a bonus. Reoccurring tasks stay to the side, not cluttering the board with redundancy. Exporting due dates to the calendar allows for an additional safety check to not miss anything important.

Inconvénients :

Reoccurring tasks do not populate to Outlook, would be a great addition. Along the same lines, for reoccurring tasks, the ability to have them occur on a specific day instead of just date (i.e. the 3rd Monday of the month, instead of having to choose 14th of the month).

Elegant solution

Avantages :

One of the things I like about Kanban tool is it's default setup ,being minimalist. Any other features are added on so there's no automatic clutter.

Inconvénients :

I would prefer there to be an open color palette when it comes to labeling columns.

An emerging Kanban Tool

Commentaires : A very positive experience. Easy to start. Took me a few minutes on my phone to create this. Any other platform would have taken me a solid hour to understand the options and full blown laptop to see it. Also has responsive(enough) design to see on mobile devices

Avantages :

It is simple to setup. If you know the basics of Kanban and just want to get started and running, it does all those jobs. It doesn't overwhelm you with a million different options and scare you away

Inconvénients :

More integrations needed. Simplicity comes with it's cons. It is simple to start up, but if you want integrations, it lacks in that regard with other players in the market ( albeit those software/platforms are lot more daunting to begin with)

Kanban Tool is an incredibly useful tool for project management. I particularly liked its ability to visualize tasks and the progress of a project. The visual cards on the board make it easy to see which tasks have been completed, who is working on a task and what tasks are coming up in the future. I also like the ability to create custom boards and prioritize tasks. It makes it easy to clearly see the progress of a project and what needs to be done to complete it. The notifications also keep me up to date with the progress of a project which is really helpful. I also find the collaboration features easy to use and they help to keep everyone on the same page

Inconvénients :

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I have disliked about Kanban Tool.

Great tool for task management and project workflow

I like that my tasks can be tracked at every stage of the project there are features to add files or attachments within each card

Inconvénients :

Should be able to send email when a card is assigned in kanban

Immediate Visibility into my workflow

Commentaires : I was looking for a tool to create an actual view of my production environment and good flow metrics. In a very short period of time I have created a view that matches the flow of my work and is also able to adapt. The ability to create workstations for each phase of work and to subdivide those into working and waiting states has given me positive control of my orders. The ability to create swimlanes for expedited work and to visually highlight blockages makes it possible to better visualize the real state of our work.

Avantages :

Ability to have multiple tiers within a column that allows me to build out a real view of my process. Clarity of the view on screen to improve visibility of the process Potential to present the board on a larger screen in the workspace to provide live visibility of the state of work Initial reporting that provides basic metrics

Inconvénients :

I would like a little more reporting granularity so I can see and analyze times work spends sitting and show that in a graphical way. I would like a tighter restriction on WIP limits. It is present but not enforced.

Keeping it simple supports better productivity

Commentaires : I enjoy using Kanban Tool to keep my day easily prioritized as well as see what other tasks need attention.

Avantages :

Very intuitive features enabled me to get started quickly and it's extremely easy to customize what you only want to see, without being overburdened by too many bells and whistles that would distract from doing actual work. I really like the emailed work summary of how I have interacted with the board each day.

Inconvénients :

It's very easy to add too many work tasks on the board because I don't know what is really needed. I'd be interested if the tool can help me become more accountable in making progress on only the highest priorities, which is sometimes difficult if I don't have a real due date. I'll also try using some of the available board filters.

Great for Personal and Business Management

Avantages :

I found this program by accident while doing a bit of research on Kanban. I use Asana or Evernote typically, however those programs are clunky and lack the streamlined functionality of the Kanban workflow. Then I found Kanban Tool! I use this program mainly for personal and household management and it really has saved my ADHD brain from getting caught up in details that might hinder my workflow that other programs have. A great tool for neurodivergent folks!

Inconvénients :

My small complaint is I wish it was a little functional from my mobile device. Maybe an app in the future will help with that!

Commentaires : After deploying this tool our team started to follow limiting WIPs, increasing productivity and efficiency.

Avantages :

It is easy to use no-code platform which has different options starting from two team members to 10s. This software is simple, very impactful, and user-friendly for SMEs especially. Tools such as "Analytics" and "Changelog" are very convenient in following the tasks and progress of the project.

Inconvénients :

This software fully covers all the requirements we have for our ongoing two projects.

I am using Kanban Tool for both my business and personal tasks. I have started a new startup and it's important to not forget tasks and track the time of every task. share my board to colleagues and ask them to use it. Kanban supports lot's of features which they are so useful. It is so user friendly and easy to use. A lot of things happen with a simple drag and drop.
