The vast majority of our helpdesk tickets have been resolved in less than 24 hours. > > **Inconvénients**: From an administration standpoint, if you make a mistake and move a document to executed state, you cannot "undo" the mistake and instead have to enter a helpdesk ticket to get the issue resolved. > > Our company implemented the Icertis platform in 2016.
