> **Avantages**: It’s easy to access your members and contacts, but that’s it. They’ve put a lot of thought into functionality and set it up logically, unfortunately not from a simple user experience point of view.

> **Inconvénients**: No flexibility; difficult to navigate; cannot customize many of the communications messages; website content management is very restrictive; customer support responsiveness is extremely slow.

> This platform tries to do it all for associations and does no one thing well and almost everything poorly. Navigating around is slow and difficult; members information is difficult to organize; reporting functionality is very basic, limited to filters; information is scattered, not allowing you to compare and analyze critical data; email builder is awful; deliverability is bad; website content management is locked down so you have to wait two weeks to make any type of update; customer support is slow and terrible, revolving door of new staff and account managers. Don’t be fooled by the low annual fee, you will pay for it either by having to hire consultants or additional staff to manage it for you, or spend all of your time trying to figure out how this slow, bulky, cumbersome thing works.

> **Avantages**: Ease of maintaining memberships with one app. Members are invoiced automatically by the software through email instead of our old way of using a database to create/print invoices and mailing them. Sending a mass communication to members is very simple as well. Great option for our small, county owned golf course club.

> **Inconvénients**: I wish it could generate a report of account balances for each member to keep a record of all past due amounts. We have only used Glue Up for about 6 months, so maybe I just haven't discovered the right option yet. I can view individual membership accounts and outstanding invoices. I would just like to print a report of all member balances as of a specific date for Board review.

> Glue Up is a great option for any size entity. Representatives were very informative of program features. There were plenty of training resources available. Our account Manager checked in with us throughout the year to see if we had any problems or to just update us on program changes. Price was very reasonable. We were up and running quickly.
