> **Avantages**: Easy to setup and use, it makes billing and customer service much faster.  Inventory tracking and job costing becomes a breeze, and tracking billable hours allows a better understanding of areas that you are lacking in productivity.

> **Inconvénients**: I honestly cannot think of anything, it made such an improvement in our internal infrastructure.
> 
> Their onboarding support is amazing.  The patience they have with questions and providing solutions, their services of importing your current databases and helping you set up ones you don't currently have, and the software's interface with accounting programs can have a company taking their business to the next level very quickly.

It would be nice if I could make custom priorities with custom names and colors to distribute tasks amongst my team.

> **Avantages**: Right now, not much\! They have been having a lot of issues and it has taken over a month to get an issue resolved with the jobs board loading. Still not fixed and slowing down my operations\!

> **Inconvénients**: Horrible with updates and issue resolution\! Not a whole lot has changed in 8 years with system improvements.

> I've been with Service Fusion since 2018 and over the last 3 years, the system has been very slow. All the updates they do cause issues and there is always a sorry excuse as to what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Find another platform to use\! I have been a loyal customer and they won't even offer any credits for the delay in the system. This is causing down time for my entire team. Which in turn costs my company. Not happy and I am in the works of leaving this program for another after nearly 8 years of using this system.

> **Avantages**: I personally love the calander feature the most. It is the most used item in our company. We all go in to the shop in the mornings, check the jobs for that day or the next day and have a very good idea of what we need to prep for.

> **Inconvénients**: The mobile app needs so much work\! maybe it is just me personally, but the desktop program and the phone app are so drastically different from each other. It seems to me from time to time that they dont connect well to each other for some reason. We also have all sorts of problems with guys not being able to see jobs on the phone app.

> Overall, we like service fusion. It is accomplishing or primary goal which was to create a record of jobs past so that we can reference them inthe future which is very important in our career path - HVAC. We are constantly revisiting equipment multiple times over the years and it is so nice to have a record of things that happened in the past that are relevant to your current job.
