Mailerlite est gratuit ou pas cher. Facile à utiliser même si vous ne parler pas super bien anglais. Le service assistance de Mailerlite est top et vous répondra, vous aidera rapidement même en mode abonnement gratuit ou découverte.

Inconvénients :

Pas de version en d'autres langues que l'anglais, Français, Espagnol ce serait top

Commentaires : Alors, MailerLite nous a permis dans notre entreprise de pouvoir créer, envoyer et suivre nos campagnes par courriel. Il nous a également permis via ses fonctionnalités de marketing automatisé, de procéder a l'envoi d'e-mails de bienvenue, de rappels de panier abandonné, et bien plus encore. C'est un outil très important pour nous.

Alors en parlant des fonctionnalités, MailerLite mets a la disposition de ses utilisateurs, une gamme très diversifiée d'options de personnalisation. De plus les tarifs de MailerLite sont très accostable au regard des ses concurrents directs,avec une option gratuite pour les utilisateurs ayant moins de 1000 abonnés et des plans payants à partir de 10 $ par mois pour les utilisateurs ayant jusqu'à 2500 abonnés.

Comme inconvenients, MailerLite impose des limites sur le nombre d'abonnés que nous pouvons avoir sur notre liste de diffusion en fonction du tarif.

Je suis triste depuis que ce n'est plus en français.

I like the versatile features. It has capabilities to do landing pages and that is an invaluable feature for my business.

It was somewhat hard to navigate and less user friendly than other email management systems.

Commentaires : Complete disappointment. I feel like their support or development team has no understanding of email processes. We've been using their Pro plan for over four months and even built a third-party automated email system for new customers. Everything was fine until three days ago, when they suddenly closed our account without any warning due to their spam policy! We reached out to them regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response. We provided all the necessary proof showing that we add subscribers' emails through a 100% legal process (where customers voluntarily submit their email addresses). Despite this, they still claim it’s spam. We've sent them all the evidence, but they don’t even seem interested in providing an explanation. They simply keep insisting it's spam. It feels like a joke! We invested a significant budget to create this email system, including custom template design, third-party integration, and even using an email address checker before adding emails to MailerLite. Yet, without any valid reason, they believe they have the right to close your account! If you want to lose all your hard work and end up with nothing, go ahead and work with them."**

Minimal barrier to entry for small business at the time I began, and good support before the original free plan was phased out.

The price jump when the oritinal free account was phased out was too great for my tiny business to sustain.

Commentaires : I wanted to try out a new mailer and this was the only one offering a free version. Also I find it structured in an intuitive way and it is easy to navigate. I had a good experience with the support team and the problem was solved within 2 hours.

Inconvénients :

The content editor organises the text into blocks. For instance I cannot select the whole text, but only a single block (a single paragraph). I find it easier to have a text field behaving similar to how it is in active campaign or a plan document. I cannot edit the content of a scheduled campaign. I need to cancel the schedule first, go back to drafts, edit and reschedule. There is no option (or I can't find it) to edit the list of recipients once you have done so at the beginning of a new campaign.

Simplified Email Sending and Opt-in Pages

Commentaires : Overall, I find that MailerLite has all the functionality I need without overcomplicating the simple act of writing emails and scheduling them to the proper group based on the group's interests.
I also like the easy site builder which allows me to create landing pages and automations fast for my audience.
I also find their system of creating automated sequences is simplified compared to the software I was using before. However, when you edit a sequence, the whole thing stops sending until you are done, so occasionally a subscriber might get missed.

Avantages :

I have been using Mailerlite for a a few years to manage my email list. The thing that got me hooked on using it was the ease in creating landing pages and segmenting the audience based on what free resource the subscriber requested. The interface is quite easy to use. You can save a template or just edit your previous email. You can select what groups you want to receive your email. You can also schedule in advance, of course. I think it has better deliverability than the last program I was using but I haven't tested it scientifically.

Inconvénients :

I find it a bit tricky to format the text properly sometimes. I have discovered that I need to copy my last email and leave one of the paragraphs in the email. Then I paste my text into the email. After that, I can delete the old paragraph. Another problem I sometimes have is that the formatting bar disappears and I can't get it back. This is especially a problem when I am editing something toward the bottom of the email. Sometimes I have to cut and paste the thing I want to format. Copy it to the top of the email. Format it and then cut and paste it back into the original position.

Best email marketing tool for small business owners.

I like that Mailerlite offers a free plan when you're just getting started with email marketing. The setup is pretty smooth once you know where to find everything. It also offers just more robust functionality compared to some of the other platforms.

Inconvénients :

What I like least about Mailerlite is that it comes with a bit of a learning curve for my clients. Especially if they're not super tech-savvy and don't know much about email marketing.

Top notch support

Avantages :

Wow! I have been working with BlueHost for the better part of the last year fussing to get my domain authenticated but each time I reach out, I'm told the issue is resolved when it's not. When MailerLite finally stopped allowing me to send campaigns due to not being authenticated, I reached out to support and they were able to do in 20 minutes what Bluehost failed to do after a year. My guy was so amazing and friendly. He put a smile on my face when I was on the verge of tears. 10/10! Keep up the great work!

Inconvénients :

I have played with importing/exporting lists of email addresses from spreadsheets and so far have been unsuccessful. Haven't looked into finding any tutorials or troubleshooting for this issue, but if such does not exist, I would love to see that change so I can use this feature more regularly.

The Best EMS For Your Business!

Avantages :

Mailerlite is the best when it comes to deliverability, features, and price point. Mailerlite's automations are complex and really help you warm up your leads for a better relationship without having to personally email every single lead individually. I also like that I can tag where a lead onboarded from so I can track how well that source fits into my marketing process. I've enjoyed great deliverability since my move to Mailerlite with more subscribers getting all my import updates and more sales as a result. Mailerlite also has a robust customer service department that is always quick to help when any issues do arise.

Inconvénients :

I'm not a fan of the new Mailerlite. I am staying on Classic because the huge price increase and the clunkiness of the new interface. It's not something I look forward to having to learn and especially not at double to price. I wish Mailerlite would honor a discount for Classic users to be grandfathered in at a better rate.
