Avantages :

The customer support is RAPID and knowing that I'm speaking to good humans is that authentic extra that many other platforms lack.

Inconvénients :

The timeline for viewing schedules was very hard to use and my team and I just oped to ignore our managers push to use Paymo's timeline scheduling and use google calendar.

J'adore Paymo !

Commentaires : J'ai exploré de nombreux logiciels de gestion de temps, mais Paymo m'a vraiment impressionnée. Sa simplicité d'utilisation pour le suivi du temps et des dépenses, ainsi que son interface personnalisable, en font un choix idéal pour les individus et les petites entreprises. On y retrouve divers autres outils sympathiques. Cependant, certaines fonctionnalités comme l'invitation de collaborateurs et le suivi du kilométrage manquent. Globalement, c'est un outil prometteur pour la gestion de projet.

Avantages :

Paymo est simple à utiliser, il faut le reconnaître, surtout pour le suivi de temps et de dépense. Son interface simple et personnalisable m'a vraiment séduit. Le logiciel permet un suivi du temps avec une option de minuterie en ligne et visualisation de la répartition du temps, ce qui est assez pratique. Vous pouvez mettre en place des traqueurs de temps pour plusieurs projets et tous les suivre depuis un dashbord et ça c'est cool !

Inconvénients :

Il faut avouer qu'en entendant Paymo on ne pense pas à un tracker de temps mais plutot à un outil de paiement en ligne ce qui est assez bizarre lorsqu'on en parle à une personne qui ne le connaît pas. Parfois, on peut se perdre dans les configurations pour les tiers et surtout au niveau des rapports. Aussi, quelques outils complémentaires pourraient rendre le logiciel plus complet.

Paymo est un programme complet de facturation et de tenue de registres, flexible et simple à utiliser. Avantages : Il est basé sur le Web, donc je peux y accéder n'importe où. Les tableaux et graphiques sont parfaits pour les personnes visuelles. Les instructions

L'application présente des fonctionnalités avantageuses. Le petit soucis c'est le codage des couleurs pour les différents tâches sont un peu complexe a l'utilisation

Paymo is a good controlling platform

Avantages :

We need to track the progress for several, multiple projects for both, time budget and estimated tasks.

Inconvénients :

In the past the invoicing and estimation templates are not the best. I need my CSS knowledge to fit them within a german document template. There must be an updated templating, but i just didn't found the time to test it out.

Commentaires : Love Paymo, super easy to use and customizable!

Avantages :

Really helpful tool for project task management, tracking, establishing deadlines, planning resources. It’s essential for me to track my time working with each project to ensure staying on budget and also manage my own invoice.

Inconvénients :

Would love different colours in the tasks and also that we can add hourly rates beyond just £ as that makes our invoice tracking a bit tricky. Would also love to manage an entire task from the front task mask (add hour estimates etc)

Nothing special, but it works

Avantages :

We use Paymo for time management, or at least tracking the hours spent on projects. For this purpose it works. The interface is easy to use and it time entry is a breeze.

Inconvénients :

Paymo is not the best solution out there, but not the worst either. I would not say there is a particular bad thing about Paymo, rather that it comes down to personal preference. I, and I'm sure I'm not alone in this, find timesheet entry a pain, regardless of what time tracking software is being used. Is there a better way of doing this? Yes, but I have not developed it, yet.

It's been such a huge help for our business.

Avantages :

I really like the time-tracking methods, tracking project tasks, sub-tasks, etc. Running the reports in different formats is super useful.

Inconvénients :

The timing tracking for invoicing is tricky since we have a mix of types of billable expenses on a project. I still export our timesheets to do the calculations and then send an invoice in QuickBooks.

When creating an invoice you can create it based on tracked time, flat rate tasks, retainers, expenses etc. And then send the invoice to Quickbooks online. Easy to set up and use

Commentaires : Paymo is a nice piece of software where we can do exactly the things we need to do. It has a good uptime.

Avantages :

It's easy to setup and use. You can use it straight forward and adding clients and projects is easy.

Inconvénients :

The fact there is no 2-way authentication is really a thing here, also the lack on smaller accounts is a miss. We only use time tracking, invoicing and basic clients and projects. We don't need canban boards or options like that.

Avantages :

Paymo has every crucial tool any small agency could need for kick-starting business. Its simplicity makes it easy to learn and implement, and when you compare it with more specific tools, it saves you a lot of time

Inconvénients :

As every other one-size-fits-all solution, Paymo doesn't excel on any of the tasks it covers. Of course managing projects thru an specific task management will be ultimately better, same as with invoicing, but it would require dedicated manpower taking care of those as well. Paymo compromises specificity for ease to use and maintain, so you'll have to adapt processes to Paymo and not the other way around.

A project management software that does almost anything

Commentaires : It was relatively easy to learn in spite of the enormous functionality and in the last few months we needed to issue only one service ticket for a malfunction

Excellent for SMB Project Management and Time Tracking

Commentaires : I have used Paymo for years and I've recommended it to many people. I am happy with the product.

Avantages :

I like that I can manage multiple projects over many clients and keep organised with an easy to view dashboard. I like that everything is integrated from quoting to task creation and time tracking and then invoicing.

Inconvénients :

The invoice creation integrates well with Xero but the invoice numbers don't match which makes it difficult to track. Also, once an invoice has been paid in Xero, it doesn't feed back to Paymo to mark it as paid.

Hi Lauren. Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate it. The Xero issue sounds like a bug which we will look into fixing, it should mark the invoice as paid automatically. Also although it doesn't have the same invoice name/number, it does have a reference number which is the name/number used in Paymo.

Commentaires : Happy overall. The app could improve if small daily tasks could be included.

Avantages :

The clear time tracking combined with the project overview gives us as a good overview of the company.

Inconvénients :

The daily tasks of empoyees are not in use. This could be improved. Other apps seem better at daily tasks and small daily overviews. We use paymo more for the 'bigger picture'.

Regarding the daily tasks, please make sure to take advantage of the My day view which integrates with your calendar and shows the tasks that are due on that date. Also the My tasks view is a good way to group the tasks assigned specifically to you.

Time tracking kept easy

Avantages :

Easy setup of projects and assigning staff members. Easy to track times on projects for all involved. Easy to track work done and money earned.

Inconvénients :

Setting up own invoice template. Considering German legals about invoicing. Honestly, i did not spent enough time to go through possibilites and even check if it can cover my needs.

Commentaires : Paymo allows me to stay on track, plan my time and tasks accordingly to their importance and priority. My firm has been using it for several years and it's great tool.

Avantages :

It helps me to plan my day and schedule my tasks. it allows my to track time spent on different projects by my and my team and therefore to assign work to different team members more effectively.

Inconvénients :

That I cannot plan the tasks in real time (the calendar like feature) or that after assigning time to a certain task the day is not planned by Paymo.

Life-changer for my daily use

Commentaires : Very satisfied, I use it continuously to track my time (I have a dozen customers) and today I couldn't do without it.

Avantages :

Thanks to Paymo, I can easily keep track of all my projects and their sub-tasks. I can juggle my different tasks with great ease. I use Paymo via the calendar view, and their widget for tracking software use on my PC. The tool is very well thought out, there are regular and very relevant developments, and their support is very responsive.

Inconvénients :

Task management is almost perfect, although a more complete editor is missing, which would allow you, for example, to copy and paste images instead of fetching them from the PC.

Commentaires : For me it was a game changer, once I started working with Paymo.
Today it's one of my most important business tools.

Avantages :

Using this excellent time tracking suite changed the way I manage my business. It's been more than 10 years of understanding the big picture, charging the clients accordingly, having my own database of project durations and scope.

Inconvénients :

I wish I could customize more dashboard settings, though what's there is quite good

A tool for project managers in the Design world.

Avantages :

It's very user-friendly. It's easy for users to join projects, and from the beginning, it's clear what they should be doing in the product. I highly value real-time reporting, which I provide to clients, and everyone has control over the budget and transparency.

Inconvénients :

I'm missing a feature where I could plan the allocation of individuals based on the backlog of tasks. The goal is to check whether a person is executing planned tasks in a given week or if support is needed.

Commentaires : I have used paymo since 2021 and I have no complaints. I'll be sticking with it for the long term.

Avantages :

Paymo is super intuitive and easy to use. It is inexpensive and it has so many features. It makes things easy when tracking your time and importing it into an invoice. I like that you can track in real time and do manual time inputs.

Inconvénients :

About a year ago it was super glitchy, but it has improved a ton since then.

Commentaires : A good piece of software that keeps on getting better and better with a very quick and friendly support.

Avantages :

Many useful features: Paymo supports all of our workflows with ease.

Inconvénients :

Downtimes during working hours, sometimes the paymo interface is slow. I would like to have templates for tasks.

Very good time tracking app

Commentaires : Overall, I find Paymo Track to be very good at tracking time, and do not find that a lot of AI time trackers work as well.

Avantages :

I really like the Paymo Track time management tool which can sync with my desktop apps. The small widget allows me to track time while also having other work on the screen at the same time. Being able to have a way of tracking time which isn't on another browser tab is invaluable to me.

Inconvénients :

I find the way Paymo Track clumps together some of my tasks on the timeline view hard to use. I often have to switch tasks quite regularly due to the nature of my work so this makes it a bit harder sometimes for me to allocate my time to the appropriate client.
