The email auto-response is easy to configure and has help us managing email from customer easily and organize it better. > > **Inconvénients**: I have issue when trying to customizing the email template provided, as the layout keep misaligned when viewing it in mobile email setting. I need to test and reconfigured the email for multiple time to get the best result before deploying and sending the email to customers.
