Inconvénients :

HouseCall Pro a un coût élevé et cela ne permet pas l'accès des Petites Moyennes Entreprises

Inconvénients :

Ça coûte trop cher à mon avis il faut revoir les choses C'est pas disponible dans tous les pays !

Commentaires : Mon expérience avec Housecall Pro est satisfaisante et je le recommande.

Avantages :

C'est un logiciel facile et fiable doté des fonctionnalités intéressantes. La planification des activités en temps réel est ce que j'apprécie le plus.

Inconvénients :

C'est un logiciel très fiable mais coûte un peu cher. Ce qui freine son utilisation chez les petites entreprises

Commentaires : Je garde une très bonne expérience de ce logiciel.

Avantages :

Ce logiciel est vraiment un don, il m'as permis de planifier mes activités de manière efficace. Les services y afférents sont vraiment d'une grande aide quand vous gérer une petite entreprise.

Inconvénients :

Le nom de ce logiciel ne prends vraiment pas en compte tout les services qui y sont. Son coût est vraiment élevé pour les PME.

Housecall Pro is not for the Tech Industry

Commentaires : I was completely disappointed with them and stopped using them after they charged us for leads that where not relevant to our services and that when contacted would not pan out as leads ready to book and pay for services. TO many leads where cold or deceptive leads.

Avantages :

I did not find any pros with it. At least nothing that I couldn't get from some other service.

Inconvénients :

I did not like anything about house call pro. They made it to difficult to properly present my cumpany and services to potential customers. At the time they did not have good keywords nor categories for IT Services. Their pricing and cost per lead was deceptive and many of the provided leads where junk and they still charged us hundreds of dollars for them even when they did not pan out.

Housecall Pro is the way to go

Avantages :

It took less than thirty minutes to incorporate the software with my business. The software has many resourceful features for my business. Invoicing is a breeze and customers can pay directly from the link sent to their email.

Inconvénients :

Integration was easy and I did not run into any problems with this software.

Commentaires : support is aweful, they dont care about customers anymore. They keep trying to add new tings and never fix the old. It become a bandaid upon bandaid

not much anymore. It used to be good, but they keep trying to add thing and nothing works right

I hate that they never take responsibility. If you get to talk to someone, they act like you are wasting their time

Terrible experience

Commentaires : It's my decision if I want to use your product and you haven't respected it. If you spent half the time and money chasing clients into making a better product maybe I would have stayed.

Avantages :

It was okay software, not great. It sort of worked but seemed expensive for What you got

Inconvénients :

After declining to keep the free trial they took over a week to cancel so I got charged. Complained that I gave them over a week to cancel and they refunded me but because I'm not in the USA it was less $10 because exchange rate movement. Since I've canceled they have phoned me multiple times each time I ask them to stop calling me and they don't respect it and call back.

Commentaires : Probably the worst most complex decisions I've made with my business. Its easier to work with a government agency then it has been working with Housecall.

Avantages :

Nothing the whole experiences has been horrible. I was promised so much and got so little.

After all this mess I should have just stayed with Quickbooks. Now I'm stuck with housecall.

Commentaires : Horrible company They want to lock you in on monthly contract and not give you a way out . These guys robbed me for 1600$ before I caught on. Keep an eye on your credit statement after talking with these guys .

Commentaires : The worst company that does not value its clients. When you hire this company to make a website, they never do it the way they want it. After 2 months, the website was never made. They were always staggering with the managers. It is never true. They are never there on the appointments they schedule. They leave you waiting and they don't even have the kindness to call. Oh, excuse me. You have to beg them to help you. It is the worst and most terrible company there

Housecall Pro Does it All!

Commentaires : Houscall Pro is one of the top scheduling software options out there!

Avantages :

Housecall Pro is great for being able to see the whole schedule and be able to dispatch jobs with no issues. I also enjoy the invoice feature that allows you to be able to take payment via the software.

Inconvénients :

When you are booking a job on Housecall Pro it does take a bit longer with multiple pages.

Commentaires : overall i think housecall pro is great for small business owners as im always looking for ways decease the customer management workload which would give me more time on expanding the business

what makes housecall pro standout is the customer management with invoicing,date and time of service needed

Inconvénients :

there are times the app would freeze up preventing me from obtaining valuable customer information

Great software for the in-home service industry

Commentaires : It was critical in the insulation estimation / worker dispatch aspect of the business. We use it constantly from the initial customer contact all the way to a google rating request after payment has been collected.

Avantages :

Housecall Pro is very easy to use and set up. Most of the functionality can be done with a mobile phone. Very customizable and well designed.

Inconvénients :

Some more complicated functionality must be done on a regular computer, and the schedule can get convoluted and quite hard to read

THe Best of them Yet.

Commentaires : My overall experience is good I love this app and I also will be trying to. Intergrate the house booking consumer app as well in the future I want to try and see how they all go well with each other.

What I Love most about This great app, is that I am allowed to take away the stress of doing other things like payments and scheduling i also like that, I love that how it all just comes together for me.

Inconvénients :

How i only just recently started using this app so i have not come across any Technical issues or difficulties yet, wish me Luck.

Commentaires : Unpleasantly surprised by House Call Pro. After following their procedures and canceling my service, I was shocked to find an unexpected charge of $406 on my account two months later. It's crucial for businesses to maintain transparency and uphold their end of the bargain. Unfortunately, House Call Pro fell short in this regard. There are plenty of other companies to choose from, and I’d advise prospective customers to think twice before opting for House Call Pro. Mismanagement of financial matters is a red flag. Beware.

The expert tool for businesses when it comes to servicing and scheduling services for Properties

Commentaires : I used this in our company for our HVAC service and repair calls from customers and I liked the in-build tools and various options under one platform. Don't have to make multiple calls to receive, schedule, and dispatch for ONE service.

Avantages :

This is best suited to very small to medium to large companies that provide HVAC repairs/services to customers. It has all the tools you need to Schedule, assign, dispatch, and notify customers among others.

Inconvénients :

The accounting module takes some get used to and to setup the initial data in the software can be made easier.
