Ça coûte trop cher à mon avis il faut revoir les choses C'est pas disponible dans tous les pays !

Avantages :
Ce logiciel est vraiment un don, il m'as permis de planifier mes activités de manière efficace. Les services y afférents sont vraiment d'une grande aide quand vous gérer une petite entreprise.
Inconvénients :
Le nom de ce logiciel ne prends vraiment pas en compte tout les services qui y sont. Son coût est vraiment élevé pour les PME.

Commentaires : Overall my experience with Housecall pro was very positive, it helped maintain efficiency in the company I worked for at the time and it was a great tool to utilize.
Avantages :
It was very simple and easy to use. The layout of the app was easy to educate employees on and was easy to integrate into daily use!
Inconvénients :
It would sometimes glitch out, as to when you would attempt to open a job page it would restart the app.

Commentaires : Horrible company They want to lock you in on monthly contract and not give you a way out . These guys robbed me for 1600$ before I caught on. Keep an eye on your credit statement after talking with these guys .

It was very customer friendly. It made us look professional.
Inconvénients :
It was not specifically good helping us quote moves and didn't have furniture listed. On the dumpster rental side, it didn't allow for inventory to be checked in and out by the driver.

Commentaires : It's my decision if I want to use your product and you haven't respected it. If you spent half the time and money chasing clients into making a better product maybe I would have stayed.

It was okay software, not great. It sort of worked but seemed expensive for What you got
Inconvénients :
After declining to keep the free trial they took over a week to cancel so I got charged. Complained that I gave them over a week to cancel and they refunded me but because I'm not in the USA it was less $10 because exchange rate movement. Since I've canceled they have phoned me multiple times each time I ask them to stop calling me and they don't respect it and call back.

Should have stayed with Quickbooks
Commentaires : Probably the worst most complex decisions I've made with my business. Its easier to work with a government agency then it has been working with Housecall.
Avantages :
Nothing the whole experiences has been horrible. I was promised so much and got so little.
Inconvénients :
After all this mess I should have just stayed with Quickbooks. Now I'm stuck with housecall.

Housecall Pro is the best for service contractors
Avantages :
The appointment reminders and automatic communication with clients ensured we kept clear and consistent communication during the jobs. I loved that when a tech was heading to the next job, they could click on the button saying they are on their way to the job and it would automatically send a text to the client with the updated ETA.
Inconvénients :
The automatic invoice reminders caused some issues for our clients. We did work with real estate transactions that would get paid once the house went to closing. The agents I worked with got a lot of reminder emails and it was difficult to configure the settings around automatic invoice reminders.
Housecall Pro Does it All!
Commentaires : Houscall Pro is one of the top scheduling software options out there!
Avantages :
Housecall Pro is great for being able to see the whole schedule and be able to dispatch jobs with no issues. I also enjoy the invoice feature that allows you to be able to take payment via the software.
Inconvénients :
When you are booking a job on Housecall Pro it does take a bit longer with multiple pages.

One of the most well oiled FSM machines on the market.
Inconvénients :
Their merchant services partnership is a little bit of a scam, but most are with these all in one systems.
Housecall Pro is the way to go
Avantages :
It took less than thirty minutes to incorporate the software with my business. The software has many resourceful features for my business. Invoicing is a breeze and customers can pay directly from the link sent to their email.
Inconvénients :
Integration was easy and I did not run into any problems with this software.
Housecall is awesome

Inconvénients :
Least likeable feature is tailored around is its lack of ability to add customizable features around invoicing and reporting needs.
