completely intuitive

Commentaires : We had issues with clients being on the road and slowing down the interview process. VideoBio solves that, as video files can be forwarded and scored.

Avantages :

This software could not be more easy to learn and start using. You are guided through the process and can have your first online interview within minutes. The support and training team are extremely responsive.

Inconvénients :

We like all the features so far. It does exactly what we were told it would do.

Commentaires : Overall, we have had a great experience working with Videobio - they are responsive to any questions and have wonderful customer support if anyone has technical issues with their hardware or browsers.

Avantages :

The best feature of the product is the AI scoring of video interviews. This has saved our office time in grading practice interviews for classes and provides objective and immediate feedback to students. In addition, it combines a module that allows students to create a video introduction.

Inconvénients :

Only minor. There are a few additional features for the administrator that would be helpful such as the ability to save emails templates to send to students, the ability log in and see the student view and to have a company provided instruction manual and/or marketing materials and guide sheets for students.

Commentaires : VideoBio was first selected as an alternative solution for campus hiring at Loblaw. Our objectives were to speed up how meet and interview candidates while the same time not compromising the candidate experience. What VideoBio provided was a turn-key solution that was customized for us and launch in only a few short weeks. Throughout our hiring cycle Video Bio showcased that it was an all-in-one tool that helps recruiters and hiring managers to screen, short-list, and share video interview responses. Candidate feedback was strong and we maintained the same number of total candidate campus interviews we had done in person, the year prior. Our Recruiters commented on Video Bio's ease of use and how it helped them better manage their workload.

We substantially cut down our interview time from 30 mins to 4 minutes per candidate video submission, eliminated travel costs, lowered our cost per hire, and made quality hires using Video Bio. VideoBio's support and performance impressed us to the point that we are now rolling it our across other areas of our business.

Commentaires : We are using the videoBIO system integrated with our system to train and interview job seekers on behalf of employers. Candidates can add a video to their profile to introduce themselves with their resume.

Avantages :

videoBIO offers the widest range of video interview options including video applications, one-way videos, live recordable videos and customizable video assessments. Configuration and customization in the workflow giving me the choice of the type of interviews I want to use. videoBIO executed a full integration into our system so we have a single sign on environment and a full-featured suite of video interviewing options available right from within our application

Commentaires : We have never had enough time to properly interview people in the conventional way but that is the most important part of what is an absolutely critical hiring path at our current rate of growth. videoBIO's one-way video questionnaire means that we can be assessing and interviewing our candidates and asking the tough questions straight away. We get video responses we can share through the team and that means we can evaluate people before bringing them in for a face to face meeting.

Commentaires : VideoBio is a terrific tool for all sizes of companies in all types of industries. It is intuitive, easy-to-use, full of great features to improve time-to-fill and it provides truly relevant analytics.
I particularly like the fact that the management team at this Canadian company has a "can-do" attitude. English/French? Yes we can. Help me with a few questions? Absolutely.
It is easy to integrate to an existing ATS and very well-priced.

Widest range of video interviewing options

Commentaires : Recruiting is shifting very rapidly and the traditional applicant flow was not giving the right results.

I was specifically looking for a platform that had video job ads, 1-way and live video interviews and videoBIO Recruiter provides all of these things that support recruiting and assessment where we can use video at all stages across our workflow.
This was a highly interactive system that greatly accelerated the entire process.

Commentaires : As a busy tech startup we don't have time for interviewing in the conventional way but making the right decision on talent is critical. videoBIO has a 1-way video feature that we can use when assessing and interviewing engineers and sales people that lets us ask the tough questions and get video responses to really evaluate people before making the decision to meet them face to face.

Commentaires : Pros are great customer service...very responsive. The usability experience was pretty straightforward and easy to use. As with any kind of software there is a learning curve......can also compare to riding a bike...but once I became familiar with the ins and outs it worked like clockwork. The students as well did not have any problems. No cons
