Needs more integration

Commentaires: I love keeping my call logs in a centralized place but I’d also like to keep the recorded calls in this same program (this is done with another program). I think this is a great start, but could use some more integration with clickable links on websites if the operating system recognized this program as one that can make outgoing phone calls.
Avantages: This software shows my call history, time during calls, and current state. It allows me to easily switch states from available to unavailable.
Inconvénients: It does not allow me to click a link to make a call from a site I found on a web site. This would save me time over a week or so by not having to copy and paste each phone number into Finesse, but just click to call, like Google Voice in the Google Chrome browser.

Avantages: I love the ability to change your 'status'.
Inconvénients: Sometimes when working from home, uit will kick me off.

Avantages: not very much it constantly crashes just a pain

Avantages: I like that I can add tracking information to assets and add descriptions and costs as well. I think these are the fundamental things needed for asset management
Inconvénients: It can be difficult to use. I spend a lot of time reviewing the help documents and go ogling answers.
