Difficulté pour modifier un document après signature. Une fonctionnalité pourrait être ajouté permettant de voir la chronologie des modifications, sans en interdire l’accès.

Efficace, sécurisé et rapide !

Avantages :

Utilisé a de nombreuses reprises pour la signature de documents, très facile à prendre en main et à utiliser. Permet de signer des documents à distance de façon officielle et rapide. Permet également de stocker l'ensemble des documents post signature.

Inconvénients :

Le téléchargement des fichiers est parfois un peu lent..

J'apprécie plus sa facilité d'utilisation. Il permet de gagner du temps avec la signature électronique

Le stockage de certains fichiers ne marche pas

par contre, le service clientèle n'est pas très réactif. Donc, cela peut compliquer l'utilisation.

Commentaires : Bonne initiative pour le partage de fichier mais devient de plus en plus couteux

Synchronisation des fichiers du téléphone vers mon pc via internet

Inconvénients :

Ne stocke pas la totalité des fichiers envoyés

Commentaires : Selon mon experience, j'ai utilisé le logiciel Dropbox Sign afin de prendre la signature des travailleurs même s'ils ne sont pas présents. Ainsi, l'entreprise aura facilement la signature sur les documents.

Avantages :

Le plus apprécié dans ce logiciel est que Dropbox Sign permet de réduire le temps nécessaire pour terminer les contrats.

Inconvénients :

Le moins apprécié dans Dropbox Sign est que le support techniques prend beaucoup de temps pour répondre.

Commentaires : Superb! We use this all the time to send things to clients and internally that need signature and it's so easy, let's you know when the parties needed have signed everything and gives everyone a copy of the signed doc.

Ease of use, easy to understand, moves contracts forward more quickly and with less back and forth.

Cost is a little higher than I'd like but it's fine.

The availability of free plan to test the software before purchasing it allows us to choose if we like it,no cons.

It seems slow and takes a great deal of time to get through the process of finalizing a secure document. Also, I've had a t least one experience where, because it's supposedly operating from a cloud, that things were out of sync for a day.

Commentaires : My overall experience with Dropbox Sign was good. The core service works very well and there are extra features like customized branding. It will also work with other services like your document storage.

Avantages :

Sending the document is very simple, then Dropbox sign automatically tracks the progress and sends reminders if needed. I like that I don't have to do that myself. I think the drag and drop tool for signing fields saved time as well. Dropbox sign made me feel that both the signer and I were safe sending documents/information through their service. They also vertify the signer. For this type of application I think both are extremely important and should be some of your main concerns when shopping.

Inconvénients :

Dropbox Signs pricing is in the mid range. I chose Dropbox Sign anyway because I didn't want to risk security by trying to save money.

There is nothing I don't like about this electronic signature solution. However, I feel that the price may be relatively high for individuals or small companies.

I love how easy digital signature accessibility is. I work from home and fill all my personal documents from home too. Which helps me with not procrastinating because I don't have to actually leave anywhere to get the document signed. Saves, gas, time and last minute important documents that need to be signed and emailed.

Nothing, it is very convenient to use Dropbox sign and very affordable.

In my job, I need effecient and fast tools to use.

Inconvénients :

The fact that we cannot change to date format. It is always MM/DD/YY, (which is fine most of the time) and as a French company, sometimes we use these signed documents to send to French administration. And they do not accept this format of date.

Go-to Software for Digital Signatures

Avantages :

The integration with Dropbox and all of the files/forms I store there is beyond ideal. I love that you get 3 free digital signatures a month if you're someone who doesn't need the feature a lot.

Inconvénients :

The fields customization could be a lot better. Every custom field must be created manually and you can't save them.

Avantages :

Dropbox Sign is successful in getting my signed documents back to me safely. Legality is never in question and audit trail is added security. I embed Dropbox Sign into my company website for more convenience.

Inconvénients :

I'd change customer service if it were up to me. It's become hard to communicate with them as of late.
