We have had terrific customer support from the team who have been ready and able to help us whenever needed. I use this tool every day and it's been so easy from the get-go. When we implemented, I was only the data custodian, however as the team has changed I've also been looking after the techical side which has been very easy to learn and integrate with our existing systems. > > **Inconvénients**: There are not enough checks and balances for my liking. We found Plytix, which not only has the same capabalities as Salsify, but more capabalities -- all for about 25% of our Salsify cost. The one area that I wish had a bit more depth was the structure - we have products that come in different sizes, materials and colours and had to choose which was the dominant field when establishing the relationships between products.
