de toutes les fonctionnalité existantes dans cette application, celle qui me semble meilleures est la récupération des leads. car cela donne des opportunité de les avoir en clients dans les prochaines étapes

Au début on pourrait se perdre mais après une bonne dose de formation il est agréable de l'utiliser

Commentaires : Very intuitive. Could be modified to adapt into the different solutions even by knowledgeable users. Price competitive solution. Easy to implement.

It is integrated with the Outlook - no other application needed. Integration with the MS Office completely. Mobile application available and works.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes slowing down or reducing performance of Outlook.

Best CRM from my experience
Commentaires : eWay is great. After evaluating all the best CRM products found in popular CRM product reviews, eWay came out on top for us and we are not looking back or missing any functionality either.
Avantages :
It's seamless integration into Outlook and working with attached documents.
Inconvénients :
Not much negative to talk about. I'll have to think hard. Maybe the development that now mostly focuses on Outlook Online instead of Desktop. The table editing would have been great to have on desktop.

Commentaires : Overall we are very happy with the experience and of course also with the service of this Czech company. The people are always nice, friendly and very fast in answering any questions.
Avantages :
eWay is by far the best CRM integrated in Microsoft Outlook. We were really screening the market for a CRM who is truly integrated into Microsoft Outlook, and the one that does it all right is eWay-CRM. One of the best features is the possibility to design the forms and the fields that you need by yourself without any coding. And this also includes automated actions.
Inconvénients :
There's nothing that we don't like. We have a server license that we host by ourselves with around 110 users. Sometimes the speed of the software is a bit slow for my opinion, but this could also rely on our server capacity and not on the software.

Commentaires : Happy with it, we don't feel need to change.
Avantages :
Functionality: it just does what it says it does. For us it's a customizable CRM where we have tens of custom fields suited for our needs. Layout of fields is also customizable. We have all information about our customers in one place. And I also appreciate that it is (also) a desktop app which integrates to Outlook - I am not a fan of Online Outlook.
Inconvénients :
Although it is currently understandable possibly due to technical impossibilities, I don't like, that the most useful new features are available only in online version of the app. I like, I want and I need the desktop version.

It has allowed us to substantially scale our infrastructure while creating time savings and new efficiencies at every turn. It's also allowed us to leverage the assistance of virtual assistants in a way that never would have been possible without eWay. We have systemized all aspects of our company to be better and faster.
Avantages :
The modules are almost limitless in their customization options which allows us to design module types that perfectly support the most efficient workflows.
Inconvénients :
That some feature changes still require the old admin settings. Though I am now comfortable navigating the old settings, it makes it more difficult to allocate responsibility to others sense it's a different dashboard that is designed differently than the new admin portal.

Transforming Business Operations with eWay-CRM
Commentaires : Implementing eWay-CRM became the excellent choice for our corporation, absolutely transforming our project control and revolutionizing each component of our operations.
Avantages :
e-Way is a top CRM for Microsoft Outlook, presenting easy information capture and retrieval, including invoices and client activity.
Inconvénients :
While the UI can be complicated to navigate at times, it normally affords a great user revel in.

We chose e-Way because of its integration into MS Outlook, we did not want to use a separate application. We were very impressed by the plug-in panel, thanks to which the user can always see whether the contact is registered in the database or not and is able to add it to the database with one click.
We regret that for us the key plug-in panel is also e-Way's biggest pain point. Supposedly, Outlook itself is to blame. User-wise, however, we find it very inconvenient.
Other than the above, we have no objections to e-Way. However, user willingness to filling the database is quite poor due to the problems with the panel.

Inconvénients :
The plug-in panel often shuts down, logs out, etc. This is supposedly not the fault of e-Way, but of Outlook itself. However, it doesn't change the fact that it is very inconvenient.
