But that’s not dash’s fault. Their iOS app used to be pretty bad, but they’ve recently upgraded it and it works great now. > > We’ve been burned by corporate credit cards in the past. They will teach you some of the in and outs if you want to pay them $2500 to train you or you can learn on your own and then email with any questions which typically takes about 24 hours for a response to a question that normally needs to be answered immediately. Of course they have an automated search button to answer questions which of course is beyond frustrating to anyone not in softwares > > Poor. They decided to enter into the credit card processing business and DEMANDED if you use their software that you must use their cc processor. Of course that is in addition to a $500 per month bill for the software. They did this mid-stream and simply said take it or leave it. On top of it full well knowing their clients are closed they are still charging monthly fees to us.
