When TC overhauled the user experience I contemplated leaving the software. I didn't think the update was clearly communicated and it caught myself and my coaching clients off guard. Since that major update, TC has communicated better and their support team has been very useful in helping me and my clients navigate some of their increased security features and also manually run sales reports for me during tax season.
