Outil de création de formulaire super complet

Avantages :

Jotform a été notre choix car il nous a permis de passer la création de formulaire de nos équipes tech à nos équipes produit & opérationnelles. Son interface de création est très intuitive et permet une liberté dans la conception des formulaires. Les widgets complémentaires sont également très utiles et apportent beaucoup à Jotform.

Inconvénients :

La gestion des équipes / collaboration dans la gestion des formulaires (administration et traitement des soumissions) n'est pas très efficace je trouve.

Parfait pour tous types de formulaires

Avantages :

La simplicité pour mettre en place des formulaires. le système exporte automatiquement les données vers des feuilles de calculs, pour notre suivi.

Inconvénients :

L'UX du côté de la soumission n'est pas génial. Je dois souvent réfléchir à deux fois pour savoir où les trouver.

Idéal pour presque tous types de formulaires

Avantages :

Jotform me permet de créer des formulaires qui aident à engager et à soutenir mes anciens et nouveaux clients qui cherchent à obtenir plus d'informations ou à se renseigner sur les affaires. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été formidable et j'ai hâte de continuer à utiliser cet excellent logiciel pour me démarquer de mes concurrents et créer une expérience client unique.

Inconvénients :

Il n'a pas beaucoup d'inconvénients, la caractéristique que je préfère le moins est que les fonctions ultimes sont débloquées avec un plan payant plus élevé, mais ce n'est pas si mal.

Développement de formulaire très facilement

Commentaires : JotForm est très facile à utiliser et relativement peu coûteux par rapport aux autres outils de création de formulaires/enquêtes.

Avantages :

Pour les enquêtes, les évaluations ou la collecte d'informations auprès d'un groupe de personnes, JotForm est une solution simple. Le programme est facile à utiliser

Inconvénients :

Il y a des retards du côté de l'expéditeur pour informer que le formulaire a été complété. Ce délai n'est généralement pas long - quelques minutes tout au plus, mais il peut être gênant lorsque nous sommes sur place.

Un partenaire important pour nos services

Avantages :

La grande facilité d'intégration dans notre site web est un point important. De plus, le système exporte automatiquement les données vers des feuilles de calculs, pour notre suivi.

Inconvénients :

Aucun point faible n'a été noté jusqu'à maintenant.

La possibilité de créer rapidement un questionnaire en ligne, à destination des clients ou des prospects

Inconvénients :

Il peut arriver que la création de formulaire bugge un peu...

Avantages :

difficile de dire quand la fonctionnalité première ne fonctionne pas !

Inconvénients :

La fonctionnalité de connexion paypal business est définitivement impossible.Une résolution comme comme informé par jotform via l'effacement de la cache du navigateur a été un echec. PAS DE SOLUTION, SILENCE DE JOTFORM Bilan : perte de commandes clients en ces fêtes de fin d'année !

Un très bon site de formulaire en ligne

Commentaires : J'avais un recrutement des étudiants en trading a faire jetform ma facilité la tâche avec ces formulaire en ligne j'ai pû recruter plus étudiante

Avantages :

Avec jetform tu peut créer des formulaires personnalisé des tout forme y compris d'insérer un mode payementJ'ai essayé cet site je vous dit que c'est sublime

Inconvénients :

La version gratuite est trop limité et il ya certains fonctionnalités qui n'apparaissent pas en plus quand j'étais a Cuba Cuba il fallait mètre le vpn pour y accéder

un bon logiciel accessible et facile d'utilisation , jotform est assez ludique je n'ai pas eu de mal à m'en servir

pas de points faibles apparents j'ai bien aimé me servir de ce logiciels mais vais quand même en chercher d'autres a tester

Commentaires : ce logiciel m'a permis de développer mes affaires à un point hors du commun. La collecte des donnés en ligne n'a jamais été facile pour moi, mais avec ce logiciel, je suis plus que content.

ce logiciel est très pratique et facile même les débutants peuvent utiliser

Inconvénients :

tout est bien, sauf si vous pouvez ajouter quelques fonctionnalité de plus.

Jotform as a tool to measure Sign Up (form) conversion rate

Commentaires : The support were very helpful but using Advanced styling is time consuming. The UI is not intuitive and unexpected results that did not show on edit, only in preview.

Avantages :

All the data in Analytics is super useful (like location and conversion rate per location). I like seeing my conversion clearly as one big number %

Inconvénients :

Styling of the form was tricky. I wanted a very simple email+submit button and i had to write CSS just to align the fields. This wasted me so much time.

Best Premium Form Builder Plugin

Commentaires : Easy to use and set up with a premium design that is auto-optimized to suit different screen sizes. before I learned about jotform, I attached calendly link on my website and end up with a lot of unwanted or nonqualified prospects booking a call with me but didnt show up. With jotform, I can set clients' expectations of my service fee range via the form questions and answer and only allow those who complete the submission to book a session with me. It's not just a form tool but also perfect for prospect filtering as only serious prospects will fill out all those questions and get to my calendly link to book an appointment.

Avantages :

I like the premium, animated, and classy form interface compared to a normal google form. It makes my website look so much more professional. I also love that it can perform validation for the input and comes with automation and mobile apps to make life easier. I love that the form is auto-optimized according to the different screen sizes of our devices.

Inconvénients :

nothing it's really good for its feature already. I couldn't ask for more.

Great Product For a Small Company

Commentaires : Our experience with Jot Form has been amazing and has changed the way that we are able to operate as a company. We no longer need to rely on pen and paper to help manage our team out in the field. With the help of the forms, we are able to accurately track times and gather information from our caregivers as well as our clients.

Avantages :

We really like to use the forms to keep track of our caregivers times. We mostly don't use paper timesheets anymore, and we now have a hard paper trail not subject to the potential loss of any physical sheets of paper.

Inconvénients :

Occasionally can't download PDF submissions. We depend on these to keep good records of our team mates times on particular shifts.

A fantastic form builder with user-friendly tools

Commentaires : With these tools, I have successfully made a lot of surveys, and I heartily suggest Jotform to those who are just starting out. A wonderful piece of software that provides us a professional front end appearance while cutting our labour hours in half. I can create forms that appear exactly as I want them to since it is so user-friendly and gives tremendous customization choices.

Avantages :

Jotforms offers extensive capabilities for complex form development and is an easy method to create forms to collect information. I adore how the API functions and how it relates to the other products that power my company. It makes handling customer requests for my staff very simple. The process of developing and disseminating multiple data-collecting questionnaires, monitoring surveyor answers, and producing data reports has been very excellent.

Inconvénients :

The mobile app does not allow you to examine analytics; the only option for downloading data is PDFs. On the mobile application, it occasionally refuses to convert to PDF and forces a shutdown. I can only use the original invite link to access Jotform. Additionally, I can only modify the form in Firefox and not Google Chrome.

Avantages :

The form builder is fantastic. It was quite simple to create a form with the fields I required my clients to complete and that allows them to upload files when contacting me.

Inconvénients :

Because of the form's propensity to get chopped off on mobile browsers, it is difficult to read and fill out.You can only collect a certain number of forms before being charged, and it is pricey. The webpage is a little out of date.

Great Flexible tool for all your Form Needs

Commentaires : I have used Jotform over the years for many different usage cases. Surveys among a larger group of people, intake forms for trainings and evaluations of meetings etc. - its easy and quick to put together a form, its just as easy and quick for your audience/clients etc. to fill the forms out and its equally easy and quick to make use of that data through their exporting functions. For my (not continual and in large volume) usage I only ever needed the free version. There are some additional functions if you pay as well. The only time I had an issue was when a PDF export function did not work as expected. The engineers got back to me within a short time frame - I was impressed.

Avantages :

Form templates can easily be adjusted or you can start from scratch. Its easy to set up and use, simple for people to enter their data into your form and your export functions are great (Excel, or each respondents answers as PDF). Customer support is reactive, competent and polite. And all of that even though I have ever only used the free version!

Inconvénients :

The only downside might be that the individual settings for each form are a bit hidden. Once you know where they are its not hard to find them, but you might be searching the first time around how to ensure some of the settings are set up in a way that you want them to be.

A great form builder

Commentaires : We use Jotforms across the college for submissions from partnering departments for design and web update requests. This allows us to keep all the information in one place rather than rely on emails. Plus, we have a historical record of all the requests in a given year.

Avantages :

Jotforms is a simple way to create forms to obtain information and has powerful features for advanced form building. The form builder is drag and drop and provides plenty of options for customization. There is a free version with plenty of features and a cost-effective paid subscription that unlocks plenty of helpful features.

Inconvénients :

The UX on the submission side is not great. When navigating to the forms to review submissions, I oftentimes have to think twice about where to find them.
