> **Avantages**: Salesforce ecosystem lays the foundation and the amazing Litify team builds the structure that, for the first time ever, provides an amazing, industry specific tailored platform that can do anything a law firm can dream to do... and more. This platform has the ability to completely change the industry from a technology and efficiency perspective; and that change, is desperately needed.

> **Inconvénients**: That I had to wait this long to get it. There are constantly improving the product as a young player in the industry. That being said, they communicate with their large and small clients, prioritize needs and have rolled out features faster than I could ever have imagined. I've been following them since before they launched and to have built a platform that already surpasses players that have been in the space for decades is incredible. I can't wait to see the features they continue to improve and build that I haven't even known I needed at this point.

> **Inconvénients**: The thing that always gets me is that not everything from Salesforce works through Litify. I was so used to SF that not being able to use some of the tried and true features in Litify was tough.

> I love it, overall it's a great software with lots of pluses. The small things I would want to add dont really take away from the overall experience.

> **Inconvénients**: The info score and the lack of clarity about what affects it. It is definitely a learning curve, but once the score is up, it is very rewarding.

> Litify has been an excellent tool for case management and easy client control. File sharing and document management are easily accessible when working with a big team on the same assignment.
