> **Avantages**: My favorite thing about Sellercloud is their willingness and ability to customize the platform. For us, that meant building up the integration with Amazon custom and formatting the data that comes through in a way that is easy to use. They also built a custom invoice that makes it easier for our production team to fill orders accurately. Sellercloud has many integrations and features that I cannot even begin to touch on in 1,500 characters, but what I said about customizing the software to meet our needs is my top pick. This is a very robust and complex platform that I would highly recommend to a business that handles many online SKUs and orders from different sources.

> **Inconvénients**: The GUI could use some work. This platform is very complex, and it shows all too well in the GUI. Once you get the hang of it, you are able to navigate the software pretty efficiently. However, there is a learning curve. For us, that learning curve was WELL worth it\!

We have seen massive growth since we implemented SellerCloud, and we are able to work more efficiently than ever before. When I say we have seen massive growth, I mean we have seen our sales about double where they were before we implemented SellerCloud. Moreover, we are able to meet our increased production demands without a substantial increase in our HR overhead.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Almost everything we do goes through the web. About .01% of our sales occur in person. We have to manage pricing, inventory, photos, and content for half a dozen different marketplaces. SellerCloud has made this process manageable and efficient. From hosted photos to predictive purchasing, SellerCloud has shown us that it has the ability to provide what we need. As I mentioned in another section of this review, SellerCloud worked with us to develop plug-ins that meet our unique needs. This is something we could not find with another solution provider. I would really like to see their service improve and their GUI get a little update, but this is a phenomenally great application overall\!

It removes the burden to update the listing on different channels one at a time. You do not have to worry your inventory on each channels since sellercloud will do this job for you.

> **Inconvénients**: It would be more convienent if pushing new product listing in Amazon channel to be directly posted via SellerCloud and eliminate the process of creating ASIN first on Amazon seller central.

> **Inconvénients**: Overpromised features – Many advertised capabilities either didn’t exist or didn’t function properly.&#10;&#10;Inadequate technical support – Repeated failures to deliver workable solutions.&#10;&#10;Severe language and communication barriers – Caused confusion around essential business terms like cost vs. price and PO vs. POS.&#10;&#10;High financial cost – Over $12,000 in platform charges, plus thousands more in staff time trying to make things work.&#10;&#10;Unreliable guidance – Support often used unclear or incorrect terminology, further delaying resolutions.&#10;&#10;Wasted time and resources – Significant disruption to business operations.

We were misled from the beginning - sales heavily oversold features that either don’t exist or simply don’t work as promised. After onboarding, the tech team failed to deliver, and the support experience was nothing short of a nightmare.&#10;&#10;We encountered serious language barriers, with support frequently struggling to communicate clearly. Basic business terms were constantly confused - cost and price, purchase order and point of sale - leading to major confusion and data errors. We even heard phrases like, “What’s the word in English I’m looking for?” It was unacceptable.&#10;&#10;Due to recurring charges and the contract you are required to sign, we are set to loose over $12,000 in direct charges, plus thousands more in staff payroll trying make things work. They will drag out onboarding 3 months and at the end reveal the system can't do what was promised. SellerCloud caused far more harm than good. If you're considering it - don’t. Learn from our experience and look elsewhere.

> **Avantages**: The software works well in communicating and updating information between multiple eCommerce platforms, including all the major ones like Amazon Marketplace, Fulfillment by Amazon, eBay, Shopify and more. Keeping a handle on our inventory and orders is complicated and SellerCloud makes it easier to maintain without having to service several inventory feeds and platforms. Love that the app is cloud-based so we can manage the account wherever.
