It supports multiple screens (I can independently see each screen or all at once), and I can upload/download files as needed. Depending on their situation, the client can have the host always on (convenient for me to make late-night updates), or use the Agent so they are only on-line on-demand (a little safer perhaps). > > **Inconvénients**: Well, there is a free version which just limits (to 10) how many stored host connections you can have (no loss of functionality). I use a paid version so I can get up to 20 connections. I'd like a few more connections, but the cost of moving-up to next level isn't worth it. > > It has just been very good. Easy for client to install the host side. Seems to handle multiple screens and various screen sizes pretty well. Sometimes a connection to a specific machine might be a little glitchy, but that's to be expected when you are trying to match operating systems, screens, screen sizes, etc. For example, I have one client where for some reason some of the colors on his screen don't appear on mine\!
