Skedpal fixes this by plotting out your tasks onto a calendar according to the criteria you provide (time needed to complete, priority, what time of day it can be done, etc.). What doesn't fit gets put on a separate list called "suggestions" where you have the opportunity to reschedule things. It honestly relieves a lot of stress for me knowing how my to-do's fit or don't fit into my schedule and makes it easier to focus on what's most important in the moment. > > **Inconvénients**: It has a learning curve and takes a fair amount of time to set up all your tasks in a way that is really useful.
