So there where Goftbit comes, making it really easy for our agents to track their incentives and redeem it, they have the option to choose if they want an specific platform to use it or just a prepaid card.

> **Inconvénients**: None, i haven't seen any drawbacks yet, i can personally can't complain at all.

> My experience has been awesome, i used to buy manually incentives for my agents, but now we jusy a few clicks i can get it for the whole department. Reduce the time and effort by 100%.
