My account hadnt been used in 2 years at that point, meaning this was the second time they knowingly charged an inactive account. Customer support was awful to deal with. This company only exists still because they siphon unwitting participants money, and modern AI will do anything they offer but with better customization. > > Could not ever in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
