I enjoy that we can now direct callers to the right program they are interested in (we are a camp with multiple locations) and I love the voicemail feature, where voicemails are transcribed to text and sent to users via email so you can have the different call directs sent to different people, and you can see the transcript of miss caller needs so you can direct the right employee to it.

> **Inconvénients**: I have found that, when it directs to a mobile line, it shows the Grasshopper number and not the caller number, so sometimes you're going into a call for a caller you know blind because you can't see their number.

> Overall, I have enjoyed our time with Grasshopper.
