> **Inconvénients**: Like any new software package, getting the client used to the format and interaction as well as getting it past some large corporate firewalls takes some up front effort. Granted, this effort is minimal and only relevant in the initial stages of the engagement.
> 
> Demonstrating ROI on a coaching relationship is critical. This tool creates a simple platform to provide feedback and feedforward and simply measure progress.

> **Avantages**: It is super intuitive software, and I don't love playing around with these types of systems.  I needed something that would be easy for me, as well as my team of coaches to use.  I also needed something that would not be a burden on my clients to access.  We have experienced ease in everything, from figuring out how to influence a supporter to open the pulse round email all the way to troubleshooting any minor issues that came up with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], who has been incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with\!

> **Inconvénients**: I would love to be able to bring together a graphical visualization of several cohorts in the same year, so we can combine all line graphs to provide my corporate clients with an idea of how things have gone.  That functionality is very close with last year's improvements, but not quite there just yet.  I don't imagine that need is common and the other functions serve most coaches quite well.

> I was looking for an EASY way for my physician clients to be able to provide guidance for each other.  These folks don't have time and I was reluctant to send yet another email into their overflowing inboxes.
