> **Inconvénients**: There are genuinely no negative things about this software. It is mainly just the fact that it is constantly adapting for the better. Every update is a new learning curve, but it has ALWAYS been for the better or the ease of the user.

> **Avantages**: SmartMoving is easy to learn and use. It's great for others who don't have much experience with CRM's, which makes it easy to recommend.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes it's not as technical as I would like it to be. For example, the reports. I would like to be able to incentive the employees more (Foremen) based on their performance. It's tough to track their performance on the jobs they lead. I was  also a bit pestered momentarily as I wasn't seeing much continuous product development. I can confirm that I have recently seen a better effort and that front and am always looking to leverage the most advanced technology to our advantage.
