Most of it makes more sense as far as location of things within the platform > > **Inconvénients**: Inventory tracking is not the best for clinics that use medications like GLP-1s. You can't input quantities in decimals so there really is no way to keep up with inventory levels. I tried work around like adding 2 zeros to quantities and then I learn that the app has quantity restrictions where I can't input bigger numbers. Also, support could be better. For things that should take a few minutes to resolve you have to spend long periods of time just to get them to resolve something that should have taken a minute with a quick adjustment. I am an IT person myself with the military so I am more aware of these things. They should add a phone number that people can call for faster interactions. > > So far it has been a struggle to get basic things done. They told me that the transition from A/R to their platform would be fairly flawless, yet I have had multiple issues and still trying to resolve them after a couple of months.
