> **Inconvénients**: Dans la solution Zoho Assit, il y a beaucoup de menus disponibles mais pas forcément accessibles selon les licences. peut-être alléger les menu selon les licences pour éviter la surcharge graphique.

> **Avantages**: Zoho was very easy to use, and ease to install. It links with Spiceworks Help Desk which is great bc I can track tickets by device. Saves so much time being able to remote access. I usedthe option that allows me to group devices like I was used to when I used BeyondTrust Bomgar. It is a great tool without any need for customer support to guide you through setup. It also offers MFA which is a great option for users needing a secure remote access option. Lastly, value\!\!\! It is very valuable as a government agency that has a fixed budget. I have been and will continue to recommend this product
