"eMedley - an overview"

Avantages: We chose eMedley because of its reputation for working with health education programs such as nursing, medicine, and optometry. Their application suite was attractive as we wanted to limit the number of 3 party resources we would need to develop our program. Having one platform has been a benefit to us...and the ability to customize each application to meet program needs has been great

Inconvénients: we have a team with little "architect" experience. therefore, as a newer program, we could have had more examples of how other programs use the application. we have had some feedback from end users that the "look" of the applications appear "clunky" as many of us are use to Qualtrics or ExamSoft.

"eMedley"

Avantages: With the ability to customize the interface, eMedley is able to meet the needs of its customers. The support team is knowledgeable and helpful at every instance. The products are fairly intuitive to navigate, creating only a small learning curve for new users.

Inconvénients: The option to customize is wonderful but the testing phase (before implementation) needs to be examined. End users need the opportunity to test new features/functions/changes in a sandbox environment, ask questions, and provide feedback before those items are rolled directly into production. Recognizing a sandbox/testing phase adds time into the process, the yield would benefit all parties because it ensures the user gets what is needed before it goes into production. Otherwise additional resources are incurred to make changes after the fact.
