It's a company based in another state than I am in, but it feels like they are right next to us because we can text, call, email and they are right there\! The software itself is easy to use, easy to implement and once again, they were right there when we needed anything. The platform is nice to look at, gives it a high quality feel, great user experience for us and the patients. They're are always updating their features and gives a monthly announcement and video on the new updates. I’ve spoken to 3 people there including \[sensitive content hidden\] to cancel this account. We signed up for a two-year term but after switching softwares we can no longer use them. Nothing in our agreement says we can’t cancel before the term ends and yet they continue charging our card. We keep disputing and getting our funds back but no one there will listen and just stop charging our card. Do not trust this company. They are a knockoff of Dentrix Patient Engage and the records don't pull seamlessly.
