Le client à accès à son espace ce qui permet de facilité la communication entre l'expert comptable et le client. Le client est plus impliquer dans sa comptabilité et est donc plus acteur de celle-ci

Inconvénients :

Certains clients, ne maitrisant pas correctement les nouvelles technologies, trouvent difficile d'apprendre à utiliser ce logiciel. L'interface pourrait être un peu plus guidé pour les personnes ne maitrisant pas les nouveaux outils technologiques.

Avec ce logiciel , j'ai une facilité à voir clair dans mon travail. Il est est très pratique

Inconvénients :

Aucun inconvénients particulier . Néanmoins je suggère que vous améliorez davantage les fonctionnalités. Ce serait bénéfique à tous

QuickBooks Online Advanced est une solution professionnelle à petit prix, très riche en fonctionnalités mais très simple à utiliser. Il permet d'organiser de façon fluide ses finances, de gérer des stocks, des ventes et des bulletins de paie . De plus, il permet d'intégrer de nombreuses applications. Son ergonomie et ses fonctionnalités pratiques en font un outil Intuitif et efficace.

Inconvénients :

Mon seul reproche est que lorsque j'ai appelé le service client, j'ai été aidé par des représentants qui en savent moins que moi sur leur programme. la tarification un peu élevée l faut un peu de temps pour s'y habituer. Surtout lorsque vous configurez le système pour la première fois

Avantages :

Iam a happy user of QuickBooks Online Advanced. It is a pocket friendly tool and I amazes me with the much I use it for yet at a reasonable cost. Also it was soo easy to adopt and absolutely easy to use. It is reliable and flexible that it allows me access financial books from my smartphone anytime anywhere. It is also easy to track cashflows through creation and sending of quotes and invoices to get paid instantly. And sales tracking and expenses and receipt sorting which are all in one place. Creating financial reports therefore become soo easy and accurate

Inconvénients :

No errors, just a blend of incredible financial reporting functionalities that I enjoy

Disappointed in QB Online constant updates

Commentaires : It has been beyond frustrating working with QB customer service to add back a column on a report that was removed (probably accidentally in June 2023). I want to see the NOTES field added back to the Customer export and have reached out to numerous supervisors and have been told many times it will be added back. It is now 10 months later and the field has not been added back.
I have provided "Feedback" numerous times as well.
Super frustrated with the customer support team not taking steps to fix this.

New To Office Management Made Easy!

Avantages :

There are so many tutorial videos on the QuickBooks YouTube channel which makes training yourself in Office / Business Management is not very difficult! During my first few months as Office Manager at our small business, we used QB Desktop; I prefer the updated look that the Online version has compared to the Desktop App version.

Inconvénients :

When switching from Desktop App to Online Advanced, there were some features we lost. I used Sales Orders as the initial auto / marine mechanic work order form so as to let my technicians know what vehicle/boat needed what work. I am not very upset about losing this feature because we ended up subscribing to ARI software to create our work orders (as well as keep saved vehicle / marine information saved with specific customers). I also would prefer that QB Online had customization abilities.

Commentaires : I enjoy using this software and have saved a lot of time with bringing all things into one location. Plus handing over reports and data to the accountant has been a breeze since using this.

Avantages :

This product optimized our invoicing, inventory, client information and more into one location which saved on price and saves a lot of time.

I do not love the price per user and would like to see a group discount or something.

Pretty good, not CRM valuable

Commentaires : The support staff help, overall the software does a pretty good job with most tasks I need to complete, but would be nice to include all the CRM features so I don't have multiple subscriptions

Avantages :

Really is the only software most CPA's are familiar with. Pretty easy to use and leave is mind that it's always backed up in the cloud.

Inconvénients :

Still doesn't do a great job as CRM, so have to get third party software that communicates well with this one

QuickBooks Online Advanced helped our company grow by offering more user roles. It was also easy to delegate tasks to different users

There is a learning curve for this product and online support is pretty generic.

Worth the money!

Commentaires : It has been great so far, I moved from the desktop quick books to the online advanced and it has been worth the effort to change subscriptions. I feel I am making the most out of the extra money and using all advanced features to help me manage.

Avantages :

I can better customise my spreadsheets and data compared to other services that offer similar products. It just feels like I can adjust all of my information more using the online advanced and store my information and clients' information in multiple different ways.

Inconvénients :

The pricing, being monthly seems slightly more expensive compared to other services, however, you do get your money's worth for the extra support and extra channels of using QuickBooks.

It was daunting to customize QBOA but the vendor offered free support the then when I was a new user.

Avantages :

Easy to use and very convenient

Commentaires : It has provided me everything I need to do my job well and has a simplicity that allows me to work very quickly and efficiently. The things it might lack are not critical to what I need to get done at work.

Avantages :

QBO is very user friendly and easy to get acquainted with quick. There are enough features to allow you to do a multitude of tasks. Online bill pay is an essential feature for us and allows us to send ACH payments for free in a timely manner. The system is able to operate quickly and not slow down with multiple programs open at once.

Inconvénients :

Can be difficult to find discrepancies/accounting errors. Could have more protections against altering previous period numbers.

Commentaires : I came to my current position with a working knowledge of the QuickBooks process. I had prior experience entering data. The layout, checks and balances, and support features have allowed me educate myself on the accounting process. The support offerings are broad. There is technical support, accounting support, and the flexibility and capacity for getting even the most unique transaction.

Avantages :

The biggest feature for me is the ability of the application to recieve General Ledger imports from our practice platform. (LEAP) Prior to setting this feature up with LEAP, I was entering data twice. With the import process the accuracy of my transactions is seamless.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I can say would be continuing to have feature suggestions after I have indicated we don't wish to use, regardless of whether it is a direct QBOA or third party. It is possible that I have the ability to control that but I haven't found it yet.

Quickbooks Advanced is the best for small business financial accounting needs!

Commentaires : Love it! I won’t use anything else to keep my accounts in order for my small business. I have used it for over 2 years and once I learned how it became very easy. I balance my books in about 20 min time each week. Then my CPA uses it to estimate my taxes and it makes tax time a breeze!

Avantages :

I like that it automatically imports ALL of my transactions. This includes all of my income and client payments as well as all my purchases like cost of goods, supplies, repairs, everything!

Inconvénients :

It was hard to learn how to use. I had to hire a bookkeeper initially to help me learn how to categorize transactions and reconcile my accounts. Their customer service is not helpful at all.
