One of my domains expired because they failed to notify me. I wanted to scale my account as I have many domains. Their support was there, but they never implemented a domain expiration date. Their website message is: "The TLD of your site isn't supported for the domain check. You can view the supported TLDs in our docs.". Their competitors can do what they can't. That made me jump ships.
