However, as they say, "jack of all trades, master of nothing". The processes and procedures for maintenance and inventory is a complete waste of time and employee resources. As you get deeper into the software, you will find it even more confusing and frustrating. Functionality has been built into SOME of the components but it just seems like a patchwork of bandaid fixes. As an operator, you should be able to bring a new hire online within a week or two of working in the system, but, after years of struggling with this program even the most computer literate people cannot get it to run smoothly on a consistent basis. Support is pretty basic and the in program error messages make absolutely no sense at times, as though it was translated from a previous 4 languages with google translate, by a 4 year old child. This program is about as intuitive as a dime store fortune telling machine and I would recommend that you avoid this disaster of software. If you decide to go with this program, please enjoy the pages filled with useless links and dead ends. The other "consultants" that have commented here have obviously never used the software but have been drawn in by the shiny packaging and massive commissions. Please do not buy this program, there are so many other more useful and economical solutions out there.
